This place was the perfect spot! Our nephew was in heaven being able to fish right there. Close enough to the beach to enjoy the short golf cart ride! The RV was perfect for a couple or a family of 4! We willl be booking this again!

Great vacation spot

Great property to stay at with a small family. Our stay was great with fond memories made. Everything was very clean and stocked well for an enjoyable stay. Great location with easy access to all stores and the beach is just straight down the road. We did have an issue with the refrigerator, but the property manager was very responsive and fixed everything immediately for us. I will definitely be back to stay again.

Great location

The location is great with beach access just a couple of minutes away. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking and an outdoor shower just steps from the RV. Great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Additionally, several restaurants within a few miles. Very convenient.

Cute place, lots of outside space, and the canal is right there, and easy drive to the beach. My only complaint would be the ac wasn’t on before we got there so we walked into a very hot camper. And we weren’t impressed with the large keurig that was tucked away under the bed, it didn’t fit anywhere easily. Also there was no oven, only a microwave. But, it’s a good little camper for 2, I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as described. I enjoyed two weeks in one of my favorite birding sites. I hope I am able to repeat this experience often.

Very clean RV with everything we needed. Large stove top, average size microwave and very spacious fridge and freezer. The master bed was comfortable as well as the bunk bed. I personally slept one night in each and was very comfortable. The owner came out and introduced herself and was very friendly. While booking the owner was quick to respond to messages. My daughter and I were arriving late at night and she left the lights on and had a/c on for when we arrived. I was worried about mosquitoes since it was by the canal but had absolutely no issues while there. I would definitely stay here again!

The camper was clean and cozy have no complaints about the camper only thing that concerned me was the floor in the outdoor shower was broken and you couldn’t really stand in there

Hi Matthew! Thanks for the 5 stars. I will get the outside shower repaired and thank you for letting me know! (Just want to clarify: This is not the shower INSIDE the RV. This is an optional OUTDOOR shower.). However, I will get repaired for the renters that like the experience of an outdoor shower! :)

LaLa was very easy to get ahold of and was very tentative with the water situation we ran into. No fault of hers or the camper. She resolved it and checked a few times during our stay. We WILL be back!!

4th of July long weekend stay

First turn off was the a/c not turned on when we got there the first night we were so miserable after that the a/c was never able to keep up but at least it cooled down during the night. Besides that everything else was ok. Communication with property manager was very good!

Hi Susana! Normally I’m here to turn on the AC but was packing/moving my primary residence I had just sold. I wished you would have told me, I could have had a fan delivered to help circulate the air in the RV. RV’s are not like homes and get extremely hot in Texas in July! Or I had I known, I could have worked something out with you for the inconvenience you experienced. Unfortunately for me, with a 3 star review, it truly impacts my rentals and will take 2-3 years to get back to my almost perfect rating (our rental season is only 2.5 months out of the year), so every review counts which is why I strive for excellence. Thanks for your feedback.

average accomodations

It was just ok. NO shade. A/C had trouble keeping up. I know it was hot, but it wasn't turned down before we got there so it was hot inside until after the first night. Some insect activity inside. Shower is tiny. Plenty of toiletries and towels provided.

Hi Raeleen! This is the beach so we don’t have trees like other rural areas and it is very unusually hot in Texas right now. There is an awning on the camper if I had known, we could have put out. Yes RV showers are small, which is why I also offer an enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water that a lot of renters love to use! Thanks for your stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The RV is perfect for a family of 4, the kids enjoyed it very much and the location is very convenient. Lynda was awesome, she responded quickly to any questions we had and she was very informative. Our check-in and check-out was very smooth and we had everything we needed
