Enjoy the most spectacular view and sunset on the island here at our new home How Sweet The Sound. Located at the end of a peninsula you will get unique 180 degree water views like no other. Sit by the private pool, go crabbing or fishing from the private dock, launch your kayak, or hang out on one of the many water view balconies the home offers. If you prefer the beach, it is only a short walk to the end of the street to the neighborhood’s private beach access. Owner provides beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and beach cart.

How Sweet the Sound is a newer contemporary custom built home featuring 4 floors, all with pristine views of the Intracoastal. The home is perfectly situated in an upscale residential area of single-family homes at the end of the cul-de-sac on a quiet dead-end road.

The ground floor foyer leads to the guest garage and then out to the pool area and dock. There is a kitchen area with window that opens to the pool area and a fridge to keep your drinks and food cold when you’re all hanging out by the pool. The backyard is fenced in and the yard has a sandy beach area for the kids. The private pool has surrounding lounge chairs. Enjoy cooking out on the gas grill or hang out on the dock and fish. There are also two spacious outdoor showers/changing areas.

The 2nd floor features the Master King bedroom with huge tile walk in shower, double sinks, water views, TV, desk, and huge walk in closet. Across the hall are 2 more King bedrooms. One room includes water views and a full size baby crib, this room shares a bathroom with the other King bedroom, both rooms have TVs.

The 3rd floor features a gorgeous Kitchen/dining area with oversized Electrolux fridge/freezer, gas stove, and stand-alone icemaker. The living area has a huge smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The living area opens up into the game room area featuring a pool table & sticks. Open all the shades and you will see water everywhere where you look, the sunrise and sunsets are always absolutely stunning.

The 4th floor boasts one more King bedroom, a game room area with foosball table, more water views & double doors opening up to the balcony. A wet bar and couch with pull out bed are next to the last room featuring a twin bed with single trundle underneath. There is a work area desk and wireless printer/scanner/copier located in the single bedroom.

The dock can accommodate a boat with a 10,000-pound limit. Proof of insurance is required prior to checking in if you plan on utilizing the dock for your personal boat.
Every floor has doors that open to their perspective balcony with plenty of outdoor furniture.

The home does have a large elevator for wheelchairs, groceries and luggage. Children are not permitted to use the elevator without adult supervision.
