The Sandlot is a 4 bedroom beach house in surf city, NC that has everything you need for a visit to the coast or a short-term rental. SNOWBIRDS WELCOME!

There are 4 floors...the ground floor provides direct access to the backyard/pool/cabana area. From there you have the option to take the elevator to each floor. The 2nd and 3rd floor provide access to a large front and back deck. The 4th Floor, my favorite, provides access to a large back deck with the most epic of views. Each deck provides ample seating to enjoy the views!

There is a SONOS sound system on each deck and by the pool/cabana area and in all major living areas in the inside of the house.

There are 4 bedrooms all of which have access to a deck. The master bedroom has a king bed with a smart tv and a private attached bathroom. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and attached private bathroom and there are two bedrooms with a jack and jill style bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a bunk bed with two double mattresses and a twin trundle. The other bedroom has a bunk bed with a double mattress and twin mattress.

There is a chefs kitchen with large dining table and a picnic table on the back deck as another option. There is a large living area with sectional couch and surround sound with the smart tv.

While this is a relaxing, romantic, peaceful refuge for adults this beach house is a kids paradise! A 5 minute walk to the beach, direct access to a private dock for crabbing, fishing, kayaking, a pool, cabana with a smart tv, and large back yard where kids can play games and toss a ball around!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, outdoor patio, 2 garages, private dock, yard, and to the private beach access point at the end of the street.
