Beautiful 2 Bedrm/2 Full Bath Condo in St Pete Beach w/ WIFI

Newly remodeled 2 bedroom / 2 full bathroom located on the 2nd floor, corner unit, central air, 800sq. ft. condo in beautiful St. Pete Beach, just around the corner from Sunset beach!!
Come relax in a clean, comfortable, corner unit with 800+sq ft. on the 2nd floor. This condo comes fully furnished with brand new flat screen TVs, basic cable and Roku in the living room so you can log in to your favorite streaming service. WIFI, and a newly updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot, tea pot, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, toaster oven and a dining area...you won’t need to bring anything.

The master bedroom features a queen bed with newer mattress, full bathroom, brand new flat screen TV, night stands, armoire/dresser and fan.
The second bedroom has new adult, industrial queen over queen bunk beds, night stand and dresser.

Condo is stocked with linens, bath towels, extra bedding, beach towels, movies, games, highchair, Pack N Play, toys, beach chairs & umbrellas, tennis rackets & balls, folding chairs (for extra seating), iron & ironing board.

This condo sleeps up to 4 to 6 people comfortably.

Come enjoy the heated pool with sun deck, or take a walk across the street to one of three public fishing docks, all within a short walk to Sunset Beach!

Please note this is a NONSMOKING and NO PETS condo. There will be a $350 cleaning fee if anyone is found smoking or any animals are in the condo.

This condo has a 3 night minimum.

You can hop on the Trolley right out in front of the Condo from St. Pete's Beach to Clearwater Beach.

Come enjoy the Florida sunshine on Trip Advisor’s #1 rated beach in America. Swim in the warm Gulf waters, relax on the warm beach sand, or enjoy the heated pool... You might not want to leave!

We had the most enjoyable stay! From the gracious host who made sharing information and the checkin process seamless to the wonderfully delightful condo. We loved our time there. The condo is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and has everything one would need for the perfect home away from home. The stellar location is close to beach, restaurants and various places of interest. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for the memorable week!

St Pete getaway and visit with grandson

This property was very nice, clean, very well stocked and the pool was great! The owners were very responsive, when we had questions we heard back from them quickly. We had a very nice stay.

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our week long stay at Matt & Shelby's place. It was a great location - short walk or drive to nearby restaurants and the beach. In addition, the place was perfect for my infant son as they had a pack n play, high chair, wagon and plenty of toys. I would definitely recommend this property to other families visiting the area!

great location!

Perfect location for easy access to all of St. Pete beach or treasure island. Just a short drive from sunset beach and john's pass as well. The condo was very clean and beds comfortable. Perfect weekend getaway, would highly recommend staying here.

Great family vacation

The condo provides everything you need for a week’s vacation. Within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. Our favorite restaurant was Sea Dog Brewing Company. Great food and service. Highly recommend this condo.

Fantastic place to stay in St.Pete Beach area

Fantastic place for the family. Excellent amenities for kids in the condo. The beach is a short walk away and the owners left everything we would have needed including beach toys for the kids. Will look to return again.

Adorable Condo

This is our second stay at the condo, we had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool is an extra bonus. Looking forward to our trip again next year. We will be back again next year.
