Beautiful 2 Bedrm/2 Full Bath Condo in St Pete Beach w/ WIFI

Newly remodeled 2 bedroom / 2 full bathroom located on the 2nd floor, corner unit, central air, 800sq. ft. condo in beautiful St. Pete Beach, just around the corner from Sunset beach!!
Come relax in a clean, comfortable, corner unit with 800+sq ft. on the 2nd floor. This condo comes fully furnished with brand new flat screen TVs, basic cable and Roku in the living room so you can log in to your favorite streaming service. WIFI, and a newly updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot, tea pot, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, toaster oven and a dining area...you won’t need to bring anything.

The master bedroom features a queen bed with newer mattress, full bathroom, brand new flat screen TV, night stands, armoire/dresser and fan.
The second bedroom has new adult, industrial queen over queen bunk beds, night stand and dresser.

Condo is stocked with linens, bath towels, extra bedding, beach towels, movies, games, highchair, Pack N Play, toys, beach chairs & umbrellas, tennis rackets & balls, folding chairs (for extra seating), iron & ironing board.

This condo sleeps up to 4 to 6 people comfortably.

Come enjoy the heated pool with sun deck, or take a walk across the street to one of three public fishing docks, all within a short walk to Sunset Beach!

Please note this is a NONSMOKING and NO PETS condo. There will be a $350 cleaning fee if anyone is found smoking or any animals are in the condo.

This condo has a 3 night minimum.

You can hop on the Trolley right out in front of the Condo from St. Pete's Beach to Clearwater Beach.

Come enjoy the Florida sunshine on Trip Advisor’s #1 rated beach in America. Swim in the warm Gulf waters, relax on the warm beach sand, or enjoy the heated pool... You might not want to leave!

We had an amazing time! I stayed with 4 other girls for 3 nights. The hosts were communicative and everything was exactly as promised. 10 minute walk to the beach it was perfect

Condo was very clean. The owner was very prompt at responding to any and all questions. Only thing we were bummed about, was that there was no individual outdoor space like a deck or patio. Beach and plenty of good restaurants within a half mile walking distance. Happy to get our steps in.

The unit was clean, well stocked, close to everything and the Host was amazing. When I sent an email I received a reply quickly. The pool was clean and warm. I liked the assigned parking spaces however the day before we left someone took our spot so we tried to go to a spot where we knew someone had left the day before. When we returned from dinner, our spot was free again.

There was so much in the condo including beach chairs, a wagon, beach towels and the kitchen had everything too. Our granddaughters loved the pool and it was also close to the beach and bars/restaurants so we walked to everything.

We had the most enjoyable stay! From the gracious host who made sharing information and the checkin process seamless to the wonderfully delightful condo. We loved our time there. The condo is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and has everything one would need for the perfect home away from home. The stellar location is close to beach, restaurants and various places of interest. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for the memorable week!

Hello Tiffani, I am sorry that you did not know about the laundry...as a VRBO premier host we try to be as descriptive as possible when describing our unit. This is what is in the description. There are 2 laundry rooms on site each with 2 apple pay operated washer/dryer. Should I word that differently so that future guests understand that there are not a washer/dryer inside the unit? St Pete getaway and visit with grandson

This property was very nice, clean, very well stocked and the pool was great! The owners were very responsive, when we had questions we heard back from them quickly. We had a very nice stay.

great location!

Perfect location for easy access to all of St. Pete beach or treasure island. Just a short drive from sunset beach and john's pass as well. The condo was very clean and beds comfortable. Perfect weekend getaway, would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our week long stay at Matt & Shelby's place. It was a great location - short walk or drive to nearby restaurants and the beach. In addition, the place was perfect for my infant son as they had a pack n play, high chair, wagon and plenty of toys. I would definitely recommend this property to other families visiting the area!

Great family vacation

The condo provides everything you need for a week’s vacation. Within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. Our favorite restaurant was Sea Dog Brewing Company. Great food and service. Highly recommend this condo.
