ABOUT THE CONDO



Relax and unwind in the chic living room, outfitted with a black leather couch, love seat, recliner, cube seating, and a coffee table perfect for board games. Watch a movie or your favorite shows on the 46” flat-screen TV.



White cabinets in the kitchen are stocked with cooking essentials to make meal prep a snap. Coffee? Tea? The kitchen comes with a Keurig, coffeemaker, and kettle for your morning pick-me-up. At the kitchen bar, perch one of the three orange poseur stools for breakfast or a quick snack. The granite-topped dining table seats six on leather chairs.



With two bedrooms plus a Murphy bed, the condo sleeps six comfortably.



Trendy colors and furnishings decorate the master bedroom, which has a king bed and a 32” flat-screen TV tucked behind the doors of an armoire. Get ready for the day in the en-suite master bathroom featuring a tiled walk-in shower and extra storage.



Guests can drift off to dreamland in the second bedroom with queen bed, a 32” flat-screen TV, and ample storage space in two dressers and a walk-in closet. The guest bathroom has a fully tiled tub/shower combination.



In the living room, the queen-size Murphy bed accommodates extra guests.



Other amenities include two designated parking spots, a beach cart and gear, a set of golf clubs, and a washer/dryer. The complex also has an additional coin-operated laundry facility.



THE LOCATION



Head out of the condo and in just a few steps you’ll have your toes in the sand of St. Pete beach. Cool down with something sweet from Twistee Treat or Micki’s Ice Cream Shoppe, both a 4-minute walk away. You’re also within walking distance to numerous restaurants offering everything from fast food to seafood to cross-cultural flavors. End the night with a cocktail or a pint at Jimmy B’s Beach Bar or The Toasted Monkey, just a 5-minute walk down the road.
