But you'll be cool inside the entire time thanks to central air conditioning and a ceiling fan in each bedroom. Both of the second-floor bedrooms also feature en suite bathrooms, so there won't be any fighting for the shower in the morning. Guests of the main bedroom can enjoy access to their own private furnished balcony with a neighborhood view. Everyone can come together to cook in the full kitchen on the main floor, which is complete with a dishwasher, quartz countertops, and soft-close maple cabinets. Cook up dinner on the private gas grill if you'd like to stay out in the fresh air. Enjoy the meal together in the dining area (serving up dishes from the counter bar, of course).

You're just a short walk or drive from public beach access from this townhome. Guests will be just across the street from public access to Navarre Beach, a public beach that calls itself 'Florida's Most Relaxing Place.' Visit the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Center (also just over three miles away) and learn more about the area's natural wildlife! Stop off at Scooter's Fish House or Dewey Destin's Navarre for local seafood - they're both within just five-and-a-half miles of the townhome.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
