Welcome to Casa Coral, a spacious, modern home set in a beautiful neighborhood,can watch beautiful sunset from the pool,and front of the house area on supreme location - minutes to Cape Harbor and Tarpon Point, which features numerous shops, restaurants and bars.
Relax and enjoy in this turnkey home with everything you need in a warm and comfortable setting.
Built in 2018 and beautifully furnished, enjoy 4 bedrooms with a master suite, junior suite with king bed and two additional queen bedrooms all with separate TV's.
Bring the outdoors in with the large covered lanai with separate hot tub, comfortable outdoor living room seating area. You will enjoy grilling and cooking dinner in an amazing outdoor kitchen that includes everything you need to cook a 4-course dinner. Enjoy your favorite tunes through the built-in, outdoor stereo and swim year round in the oversized, heated pool.

You'll appreciate the quiet, well maintained neighborhood with convenient access to supermarkets and restaurants. The idyllic, small beach of Cape Coral is just over 10 minutes away and the beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Naples and Sanibel / Captiva can be reached in 30 - 60 minutes.
NOTE. For security reasons, the property has a security camera in front of the house.

If any new, official stay at home orders or travel restrictions that are put into place from either Florida or your state of residence during your booked time of travel, a full refund will be granted even inside our standard 14 day window. This is an exception to our normal cancellation policy, but allows you to book with confidence.

In regards to cleaning, our cleaning service is using EPA approved sanitizers and following CDC Covid cleaning procedures. We are using https://www.nycoproducts.com/products/sani-spritz-spray/ which is an EPA approved sanitizer, so you can enjoy a safe and COVID-19 free house.

Great accommodations

Our group of friends had a great time @ your home. It was nice to have plenty of items in the house to utilize. Everyone enjoyed the spacious pool area. The neighborhood is great & seemed to be very relaxing for us all! Communication was wonderful as well! Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

Winter getaway

The property was very nice and easy to find. We like that section of Cape Coral. The hot tub was under cover and the pool enjoyed the afternoon sun! The kitchen was well equipped, including a Keurig. Outside front lights were on a dusk to dawn timer, adding to the secured feeling. Instructions for trash, recycling, checking out, the pool and hot tub operations were clear and concise. We loved the master shower with the rain head shower head option! Our communication with the property manager was perfect. Mike, the pool maintenance guy was very nice and quick on his Thursday scheduled visit. The bedrooms were comfortable and the "huge TV" in the family room was great!We loved our visit.

Wonderful home for our family vacation!

Our family had a fun, relaxing vacation in your beautiful home. The house was clean, spacious and inviting with its beach decor. The kitchen was well equipped with many small appliances available. The beds in all the rooms were comfortable, we all slept well. We appreciated the beach chairs and beach toys available to us for our trip to Fort Myers beach. Our grandkids had so much fun in the pool. The location was great; close to stores, restaurants , golf and beaches. The instructions for our stay and clear directions for checking out were easy to follow. Tips and suggestions for things to do and places to visit, as well as restaurants that were close were included in the binder. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Truly our home away from home!

This was our first visit to Cape Coral - and we were so lucky to find this beautiful house. Everything was clean and fresh, beds were comfortable. The pool and lanai was so wonderful - we basically lived there. Did not use hot tub or outdoor kitchen - but it would be useful in the winter - I don’t fancy cooking outside in 97F weather haha. The kitchen was stocked with any tool you could possibly need, plenty of pots and pans, the knives were even sharp! The house has a wonderful beachy vibe - nice colors - and all furniture has been comfortable - both for older and younger persons. Communication with the host was flawless, was very attentive, and quickly answered any questions we had - gave recommendations for local restaurants to try out too. We have rented many houses in Florida over the years - but this house was extra special. We felt at home instantly, and would comment again that the sheets were so fresh and clean (I love that!) - and we can only give our warmest recommendations to anyone who visits Cape Coral needing a 5-star house. We will definitely be back when we get back to Cape Coral in the future. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Beautiful Property

Loved this place. Pool odds great. Hot tub is one of the best I’ve seen. Clean and all the things you need. Grocery store cost by. Lobster Lady is the best seafood we’ve had in a long time. Drive to the beach was not bad and the umbrella and chairs provided were great. Thanks.

Perfect rental home

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental property. Communication was clear and friendly, and all of our questions were answered in a timely manner. I felt spoiled with all of the amenities that came with the home during our stay. We were welcomed with a cute tray of goodies, which was unexpected but sweet. The outside as well as the interior was immaculate and I noticed all of the attention to detail. I didn’t know there was a volleyball net for the pool - we would have used that for sure. The hot tub was a lovely touch for relaxing in the evenings as keeping warm while it was chilly there at times. We would definitely recommend this to family and friends and return to the rental home again in the future!

Beautiful property, great location and perfectly maintained and conveniently stocked.

Everything we could need was at hand. Stores and entertainment were easy to get to. The pool and hot tub area was very nice and claen. Lots of furniture and utilities. Overall, a terrific rental.

Return visit to a city we used to call home

The home was in a perfect location. It was quiet and provided easy access to our former neighborhood. We wish we could have spent more time in this beautiful home but we were here to spend as much time with our former neighbor as possible. We hope to return next year. This was truly a 5 star property, however, we have a couple of suggestions. It would have been great to have steak knives and some type of window covering on the slider. It was a little uncomfortable at night to sit in the living room exposed to the outside. But this would not keep us from returning. We wish the new owners much success.

Enjoyable Stay

The home was everything that was presented. It was so nice because things like toasters, coffee pots, air flyers etc were there for our use. It was close to amazing restaurants and beaches. Then it was great to relax by the pool and rest in the hot tub. It was too bad we didn’t bring friends because there were four amazing bedroom and an outdoor kitchen. The pool and hot tub were completely private which we enjoyed. For sure would stay again.

Take Two!

This is our second time staying at the house. As the first time, it was absolutely amazing! The house is spotless! So much provided at the property, such as floats, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. There is a crockpot, air fryer and other necessary items to cook indoors. We didn’t use the outdoor grill, but what an amazing amenity! We had a minor issue (smoke sector chirping), but the hosts were very quick to remedy it. The hosts are very friendly and very responsive. We are looking forward to next years trip!

Much needed getaway from Ilinois

We planned this trip as a private retreat after disappointing news regarding my husband’s cancer treatment. I just wanted somewhere we could enjoy a pool and he loves hot tubs and this place had BOTH! The kitchen was fabulous and the decor created an atmosphere that put a smile on our faces despite our situation. The only thing we would suggest is more descript instructions for the pool heater for those of us who don’t Have the luxury of a pool- we couldn’t figure it out so the water was a bit chilly ! We had a marvelous time and would love to return.

Tres belle maison qui était au dessus de nos attentes

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison avec ma famille (3 enfants de 9, 7 et 2 ans) pendant 6 nuits au mois d’avril et tout était parfait. Toute la famille était ravie : la maison est vraiment très belle avec une superbe décoration (encore mieux que sur les photos), il y a tout ce dont on a besoin (serviettes, jouets pour la plage et la piscine, etc etc). Aaron et Alison ont même mis un lit bébé et une chaise haute à notre disposition, merci! Nous étions à Fort Myers beach (20-25 min), Sanibel island (1h), Lakes Parks, Fort Myers Downton et avons même pu faire les Everglades (environ 1h15-30). Tout le monde appréciait de plonger dans la piscine avec un barbecue ou une plancha après nos longues journées de visites! La cuisine extérieure est superbe! La maison est située en bord de route, mais le bruit n’est pas dérangeant durant la journée. La nuit tout est très calme, très beau quartier. Merci à Aaron et Alison qui répondent toujours très vites à toutes les questions/demandes et pour leurs conseils de visite. Nous recommandons sans hésité!

Perfect getaway

This property is exactly as pictured and we couldn’t have been happier staying here. The place was super clean on our arrival, had everything we needed during our stay and was truly more beautiful in person. Great open layout. Super super comfortable beds — even my young kids commented! And the outdoor area is well kept and perfect. We spent many many hours out by the pool and no one was ready to go home. We would absolutely book here again and if you’re thinking about it — you should too! You will be glad you did.
