Relaxing end unit condo with amazing views.

Beautiful waterfront condo located at Harborview Grande in the heart of Clearwater Beach. Just a 5 minute walk to Clearwater beach, bars and restaurants. Wonderfully decorated with a coastal theme, new bedroom floors and new appliances.

This 4th floor end unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1800 square feet of living. The high ceilings make it feel very spacious.

This unit is a 6 person maximum guest limit including infants and children. This unit is not child proof and and we discourage young toddlers for this reason. WE will accept children age 6 and up and a maximum of two children in the guest party.

You will enjoy breathtaking views of Clearwater bay from this end unit. My favorite activity is watching the dolphins swim around the docks from the spacious 300 square foot balcony.

The Master suite has a king bed and walk in closet. It also has a slider which leads on to the balcony. The master bath has his and her sinks, a large tub and very spacious walk in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two full beds.

The second bathroom has a tub, vanity and sink.

The kitchen has everything you'll need for your stay including a new refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a brand new washer and dryer.
Linens and towels are supplied along with soap shampoo and hair dryers.
There is a coffee maker, ironing board and iron as well as luggage racks.

This place has it all!

Location, location, location... walking distance to Clearwater beach and pier 60. Across the street from the word famous Shepards bar.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Christmas in this beautiful and clean unit. The weather made our holiday even more special. Greg, our host, was exceptional in his communication, providing great suggestions for local restaurants and activities, and consistently checking in to ensure everything met our expectations.When our flight was unexpectedly canceled, Greg graciously allowed us to extend our stay and coordinated with the cleaning team to accommodate us. This thoughtful gesture truly made a difference in our experience.The location was ideal—just far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy peace and quiet, yet only a short walk for my older boys to explore the vibrant Clearwater Beach scene. We even had the pleasure of watching dolphins from our balcony!The kindness of the staff at local restaurants added to the charm, and sitting on the back deck was perfection for a relaxing vacation.Overall, we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Perfect vacation!

We loved staying at this property! It is spacious and close to restaurants and beach, and very safe. The amenities were very helpful (wagon, coolers, extra beach chairs)! We loved sitting on the patio and saw dolphins a few times. We wouldn't hesitate to return sometime!

Perfect Location

My family and I had a wonderful vacation here. There is so much to do, great restaurants and bars in walking distance. The beach is absolutely beautiful; white sand and clear water. Owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Condo is beautiful. I definitely recommend a stay here!

Very spacious condo. Loved that they had a cooler, wagon, umbrella, and plenty of towels for use. Would highly recommend staying! Awesome view of the harbor, could see dolphins most days.

Clean, Spacious, Convenient Location

Greg's property was very clean, up to date, and a great location. The balcony is a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the boats and is within minutes of walking to the beach. We had a wonderful family vacation and fit 6 very comfortably. I highly recommend this place as Greg was very responsive and wants you to enjoy your stay!

Clearwater Beach 30th anniversary trip

Great trip. Condo was just beautiful. Location was close to everything but a distance away to keep a quiet setting for enjoying the balcony overlooking the gulf. Dolphins came in most every day. This place should be on everyone’s bucket list

Amazing Vacation!

The condo was perfect. Greg was easy to communicate with. Everything was so clean and ready for us! Walking distance from everything. It was nice that there was a wagon and beach toys there for the kids to use. We will be back!

We love Clearwater beach. We have stayed in harbor view before and love it. Greg did not disappoint this time either. Perfect location. Perfect accommodations. Amazing and beautiful place to stay

The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated with fantastic views off the 4th floor balcony. We seen dolphins every day while there swimming down by the docks. Greg did an amazing job of communicating with us and made our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here! It is exactly like it is shown. Our grandsons were so excited to see the dolphins and also loved swimming in the pool. Thanks for making our vacation so special!!

Amazing from start to finish!

This property is fantastic, the location is great but the best part is the customer service from Greg the owner! Check in was so simple and Greg made sure of it. Between the sunrises in the am on the patio and the sunsets across the street there was plenty to offer. We rented a car and traveled to several locations around the area but we could have just walked because of such an amazing location. d

As close to perfect as you'll ever get!

From the moment we booked through the day we left our expectations were met or exceeded. The Condo is spectacular, great location, clean, and complete with every amenity you'll need. Greg was very proactive in providing necessary information and very responsive to any inquiries I had. We will be back next time we visit the Clearwater area!

Beautiful Condo!! Amazing Host!!

The Condo was beautiful and modern with plenty of space for my family of four to spread out and enjoy. The view from every room is great!! You can catch a dolphin here and there while sitting on the relaxing patio! Greg is very friendly and helpful...He keeps his condo very clean and so it felt like our home away from home. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit. Thank you Greg

Stunning condo in the heart of Clearwater Beach

Condo was exactly as described; clean, everything worked as it should, and stocked with little touches like hand soaps, laundry pods, and beach items. We brought our own, but it was amazing to be staying at unit where the owner clearly takes pride in the condo. The Clearwater beach areas was a little loud at night, with the cars revving on the strip, but that was mostly on the weekend.

Great condo, great location

My daughter and I met up with my son, his wife and kids, who live in Switzerland. They flew in direct to Tampa. The condo had nice big rooms to give us all plenty of space. We could walk easily to the beach, many varieties of restaurants, and most other things we wanted to do. There also was a trolly that ran every half hour, but we did not use it. We only drove the cars to far away sites. The condo was well stocked if you wanted to cook. It looked freshly painted and clean. The owner was readily available when I called with several questions. Everything was as advertised. Would stay again if I had the opportunity.

Beautiful Condo in Clearwater

The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Very well equipped, clean and a great view/location. I personally loved the beach”y” decor and furniture on lanai in comparison to some of the other condos in the building. Very fresh and bright! The backpack beach chairs and cooler were perfect for our trips to the beach. Greg was great to work with and I appreciated his suggestions of local places to dine. Lastly, our teenagers loved the location to the shops and activities on the beach. Thanks Greg!

Simply perfect

This condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and more spacious than it appears in the photos. The outside patio was amazing - great view, nice breeze, and where we spent most of our time when not at the beach or dining out. Greg's communication was excellent, and instructions for operating everything from the TVs to the locking/unlocking doors was spot on. Location is also great as everything you need is a short walk away unless you want to head north of Pier 60, but it's still walkable. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Amazing apartment and perfect location

The apartment and location are amazing, really well equipped and comfortable. Check-in and communication with the owner was great and worked perfectly. It has a corner balcony which gives great views of the water and the dolphins. Small pool which was never crowded and offered a change from the beach if you needed it. Mini golf, supermarkets, gas station, restaurant to the left of the building. Beaches, food, shops to the right. All accessible in less than a 10 minute walk. Hotels opposite have private beaches and restaurants/bars if you need something even closer, watersports are available from there as well. Great wifi and TV's if that's important. Honestly couldnt fault it at all.

Family Vacay, celebrating birthday!

We had a great time at this condo. Everything that we would need we had. It was a very easy check in, very clean and the location was great. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Located on the 4th floor had a beautiful view of the bay. Spend our mornings relaxing, drinking coffee and so enjoying the weather on the patio. Ended our days out there also. Table and chairs available if you wanted to eat or couch and chair for just relaxing. Greg our contact person was available at anytime if we had needed anything. We had a great experience and would highly recommend you working with Greg and his lovely home. We will definitely be back! SS

Perfect getaway

First, I never leave reviews because I’m an extremely picky person and set the bar pretty high for my expectations… however this condo knocked it out of the park! The pictures don’t do it justice with how spacious the condo is and the high ceilings. I always bring cleaning supplies with me (because germaphobe) but I never touched them. This place was spotless! We watched dolphins on the balcony multiple times a day. Location is perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants & shopping. Did not use our vehicle once during our stay. It would be a privilege to stay here again! Well done! A+ Thank you for a great family getaway.

Seniors 55+ Getaway

My husband had a weekend conference to attend, so we took advantage of the week prior to enjoy the island with some friends of ours. The location and property itself were great and as described. Any small bobbles we had were immediately addressed and were very minor. Everything was walkable and when desired both trolley lines picked up right outside the property. The beach access was a short walk away, however being older and not very much wanting to deal with larger crowds, we opted for using the transit system and going to either North Beach or down to Indian Rocks Beach. Both of those beaches were wonderful and definitely more of what we desired. Do try to take advantage of being so close to Parlour Donuts across the street - delicious and worth the calories, plus the homemade ice cream place a block or two north on the same side of the street..also delicious. All in all, an enjoyable trip minus the heat and humidity...but its Florida, so we knew that going in.

Very spacious apartment close to the beach

The unit is very spacious with three good sized bedrooms. The deck faces north so no sun in the winter but is spacious and has a range of sofas and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped. There was not much in the way of bathroom soaps, etc. A couple of other negatives were that we could not find any blankets in the unit which were needed due to the unseasonably cold outside temperatures. Also in the master bedroom walk in closet, access to the clothing rails was restricted by the large number of beach items (carts, inflatables, etc.) so there wasn't anywhere to conveniently hang up clothes. There is plenty of drawer space however. Last, it doesn't get completely dark in the main bedroom as it has vertical blinds (may not be an issue for everybody). Overall, apart from the cold Florida weather, this unit was a great base for exploring the Clearwater/St Pete area.

Perfect location, clean and very comfortable

A week in Paradise! The owner pays Attention to detail and comfort! Plenty off room for 5-6 adults! Decorated nicely! Perfect location! Across the street from Shepard's who had daily live music, perfect tiki bar and beach option! Also across the street from a cool putt-putt location an Quik-Mart. Our older adult children enjoyed the walkable nightly bar hopping! It was a 20-30 MN walk to Pier 60 if you walk slower than those in their 20's LOL. Psrking for this rental was included which was great considering the high cost of parking everywhere you go, including golf carts, do walking is truly the most affordable option. The unit was clean, beds very comfortable and the unit was truly completely stocked with everything we needed and then some!We had Quick and friendly communication with the owner. There was daily dolphin watch from the balcony. The pool was heated to perfect temp, though doesn't get much sun if you're looking to sun bathe, and the pool and hot tub are locked WAY too reality in the evening(by 8pm) so no hot tubbing or taking a nice dip in the pool at night were ever an option. (Though this is not the fault of the owner of the unit but a property management rule) On warmer days, if you like to sleep cold, I'd suggest a box fan as the unit thermostat is fixed at a low temp threshold and does not cool down below 72, which can feel humd on some nights. This was a definite YES for our overall needs. Our stay was fantastic and we'd love to visit again! Thanks Greg!

My wife and I have been coming to Clearwater for years and we love it! We bought this condo because we fell in love with the location, the spacious layout and the amazing views from the balcony. 
We have two teenage kids and usually spend time here in month October, November and April. . We currently reside in Massachusetts where we enjoy lobstering and fishing. We love the ocean.
