You will be within walking distance of top restaurants, shopping and local attractions. Take the elevator up to your beachfront condo and enjoy stunning Gulf views that make every moment unforgettable. Built in 2020, Gulf Place offers modern design, high-end furnishings and an elevated coastal experience.

This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo features floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the open living, dining, and kitchen areas with natural light. Relax on the large sectional while enjoying the Smart TV, gather at the dining table for 8, or enjoy additional seating at the oversized quartz waterfall island in the fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances.
Step out onto the expansive wraparound balcony and take in breathtaking views of the sugar-white sand beaches. This outdoor space, accessible from multiple bedrooms, is perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The unit includes three king suites, each with a Smart TV, private balcony access and an ensuite bathroom. The bonus room features two twin beds with a trundle and can accommodate up to three guests. A convenient half bath is located in the hallway.

Take the elevator up to the rooftop oasis featuring a seasonally heated pool, lounge areas and incredible panoramic views of the beach and city. Guests also enjoy access to a 7th floor hospitality area with games and space to relax, or watch your favorite game on the Smart TV.

This truly is the best beach condo we have ever stayed at!!! It is gorgeous, has amazing views, feels very clean yet cozy, and is walking distance from so many shops and restaurants! We were planning our next trip before we left. I hope to book this exact condo again for our next stay! We have found our forever beach home!

Best getaway.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick little getaway for a few days. It was perfect. The condo was exceptional and the location can't be beat. It is right in the middle of everything. We loved the fact that we could sit in private on the balcony and still hear the bands play from the hangout next door. We will definitely stay here next time!!

Amazing Vacay Spot

The condo is absolutely beautiful. The beds are comfortable. Everything was so clean and neat. The location could not be any better! We enjoyed listening to the live music from the Hangout on our balcony. The views are breathtaking from everywhere in the condo. The rooftop pool was a big hit too! We would definitely stay here again.

Great View, Great Location, Beautiful Condo!

I love the location of Gulf Place, I love the beauty, comfort, and space of the condos. The game room and the rooftop pool are amazing. The condos on the beach side has amazing views of the beach. I enjoy sitting out listening to the waves on the balcony at night. It is walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and souvenir shops. The Hangout restaurant is right next door with a live band every night. I always enjoy my stays at Gulf Place. I can't wait to return.

Beautiful property

This is an amazing place to stay, close to everything. Only downfall was furniture and the noise from the Hangout all night. The couch was really small they needed night stands. She did say they had been on order. Which I’m sure was true. Would I stay again yes.

The only complaint I have is the wrist bands, keeping them on, during showering, swimming they getting wet. Everything else was immaculate was not ready to leave. I will be staying again very soon.

Perfect Place to stay

Gulf Place was the perfect place to stay! Right on the beach, spacious living area, comfortable beds, gorgeous views from both balconies, super clean. The pool area was beautiful. Also has a kitchen/ping pong area inside upstairs that was nice. The soundproofing inside the condo was good. I liked being able to go on the balcony and hear the music from The Hangout but inside it didn't keep me awake or bother me at all. It has a souvenir shop with snacks and drinks downstairs in case you need or forgot something. Definitely plan to come back!!

The place was great-excellent location—beautiful views and easy to go back/forth to the beach, spacious, easy check-in. Some things in the unit had problems—the stove vent kept having condensation that would drip onto the stovetop (the management was responsive in offering suggestions to turn up the ac to 70), a floor lamp was broken and in the bathroom with a tub-the shower button pops off when you turn off the shower. Overall, minor issues and we loved the place!

Beautiful Stay

The location was perfect int he middle of all the action. The views from the balcony was incredible and worth every penny spent. The place was well decorated, bed were comfortable and you had everyrthing you needed to cook a meal. you do need to bring all your own seasonings and oils etc. but that was mentioned before coming. the music from The Hangout next door was loud which was fun at night but it did also start a bit too early in the am so if you are a late riser and a light sleeper that could be an issue. It was not for us really. We would definitely be back again.

Perfect location

This is a perfect location to the beach, shops and restaurants all in walking distance. The condo is beautiful with outstanding views in every direction. Highly recommend, especially if more den seating is added to accommodate up to 9 guests.

Great Hangout Residence

If you're looking to be in the thick of the Hangout Vibe, this place is perfect. It's central to restaurants, the beach and shops. Music can be heard until about 10:30, but we knew what to expect in this area, and enjoyed people watching from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Some of the furnishings seemed Poorly planned- There were no dressers, nightstands at appropriate heights or lamps for reading in bed. The main thing that desperately needs to be addressed is the dryer. It is so loud, you can't use it. It can be heard all the way down the hall by the elevators. It sounds like a jet is taking off in the condo. We would stay here again because it's a fun, convenient location with teens.

Everything about this property is great! Great location, great amenities, great service. The rooftop pool is so choice! Our party of 8 had plenty of space. It’s very new and the furnishings are comfortable.
