If you thought the sun and moon rose and set here, you'd be right. Sunny Dunes goes well beyond checking off all the boxes for your Palm Springs vacation. This luxurious spread lives like an all-inclusive resort, brimming with unique, custom amenities begging to deliver on good times that will surely become among your most treasured memories. 

Awash in a colorful palette and framed by mountain views dotted with palm trees, this generously appointed residence will spoil you beyond your wildest imagination.

Prepare for unbridled excitement the second you enter. Like a moth to flame, you'll surely head toward those living room sliders to push them open where your indoor/outdoor living experience begins. Your only dilemma will be what to enjoy first! Splash around in the sparkling pool? Fire up the raised spa? Break out the blender? Tickle those ivories? Decisions, decisions.

It's understandable you'll find it hard to leave this spread once you're settled in. But you should know that downtown is walking distance in case you decide to explore outside these heavenly boundaries.

Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 4 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

This is one of the best places I've stayed with its design and location. It was especially convenient staying with friends to each have their own bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we prepared, the location is close to many conveniences and home is a work of art! I travel regularly and don't give as much praise to places as I am to this property! highly recommended and it's top of the list for any future trips to PS!

We had a nice stay overall! The home is charming and had plenty of character.The living room felt a little tight for our group of eight — maybe removing the piano could help open up the space and create a better flow to the dining area.The outdoor furniture could also use a quick refresh, as there were some spiderwebs on several pieces. The rooms were cozy and beautifully decorated, which made our stay very comfortable.

A real gem

This is a beautiful, well-equipped property. The pool and spa are terrific. The location is close to town and all the other main attractions, yet is still quiet. We will definitely return.

Everything you need is at this house. We loved every bit of our time there. Perfect kitchen setup, amazing secluded casita! Plenty of outdoor seating and umbrellas! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with luxury touches

Great location, modern designer decor, private en-suites. Backyard is an oasis with great mountain views. If you are looking for a well maintained updated adult vacation home for you and a group of friends this is perfect.

50th anniversary

We stayed here as a family to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. It was incredible for everyone to have their own bathroom with their bedroom. Sunny all day at the pool with the best indoor/outdoor living. We normally stay in Rancho Mirage, however we LOVED this location. Super central to all going on’s downtown Palm Springs.

Best rental house ever

This was our second stay at this property. It is absolutely fantastic and we want to return next year for a third time. There is literally nothing that could improve the property. It’s simply perfect. We had an awesome time.

We have rented homes in Palm Springs the past 4 years, and while all were wonderful, Sunny Dunes was exceptional. I have never had a more personal home that truly makes you feel welcome. The artwork is beautiful, the decor and cleanliness is exceptional, and the outside has so many areas to relax and connect with family and friends. The kitchen has every utensil and accessory you could possibly want. There is a lot to keep you and your guests happy and busy, along with a large media room, games, puzzles, a firepit seating area and of course the pool. Jerry went above and beyond to make sure we were able to enjoy family time with a new baby. He was quick to respond and most helpful. With exceptional artwork (by the owner himself!) and tasteful decor while still feeling cozy and inviting, Sunny Dunes is that one home that will have you saying 'wow' at every turn.

Silent Mode

The location and house was great. However the noise ordinance in the neighborhood puts a major damper on your stay. The house is designed for outdoor entertaining although you can’t. The hole owner and property manager both are rude and presumptive. I would not stay at one of their properties agin.

Please not that the noise ordinance is a city wide ordinance and not a personal or neighborhood ordinance. Sorry but I do have to respond to Jeffery's comment about us being "rude and presumptive". Jeffrey and his friends were one of the most difficult groups we have ever had (and we 30+ houses). They broke almost every rule, multiple times. We were called out for them playing music outside, which everyone is notified that the city will ticked for that. When we pulled up we could hear the music 3 doors down. They over occupied the house and at one point had 7 cars, 4 in the driveway and 3 in front of the house (max is 4). when I mentioned the cars his response was "I'm not a parking attendant". Jeffery was very combative and disrespectful during his entire stay. As I told him, we were trying to keep him from getting a citation ($500-$1000). All these offenses are ticketable offenses from the city. We had to contact them on at least 6 separate occasions for rule violations. Please continue to read the other reviews about the house. Thank you

Excellent stay

House is exactly as listed and perfect for groups. The kitchen is fantastic for meals at the house with 2 dishwashers and 2 sinks. It is also well stocked for any cooking needs! (Minus spices and ingredients). Honestly, the only reason the house received 4 stars instead of 5 probably isn’t fair on the property but the city itself. We had 4 kids all under 6 and keeping them quiet in the pool made our vacation stressful. If the city wants to be a destination for families, they need to rethink that. No music is easy, telling the kids to have fun quietly is impossible. Overall though, I would recommend the house!

Fantastic for a relaxing quiet weekend with family

I had to give our check-in experience 4 rather than 5 stars bc they somehow thought we weren't checking in until the next day despite sending us a rental agreement with the correct dates, which resulted in the pool not being heated up on time. However, the manager immediately refunded me a day on the heating, which was great, so 5/5 stars on communication there. I have to say 4/5 on cleanliness as there was something rotten in the fridge in the room my son stayed in, which required some sanitizing/deodorizing spray, but again it was promptly handled. Overall, the property is beautiful, spacious, well-appointed, and quiet. The sound ordinances in Palm Springs feel oppressive, but once you get used to feeling like you are at a silent retreat, it is actually really relaxing. Would definitely recommend this to anyone else looking for a relaxing weekend away.

Very happy with our choice!

At first, one in our party was thrown off by the colors in the pics. In person though, all is much more subdued and totally fits with the decor and feel of the place. There were 7 of us and everyone kept commenting on how great of a set-up it was that we all (couples/singles) had our own bathrooms - it was like four hotel rooms surrounding a fabulous living area. There is some street traffic through the night and the lawn crew comes very early but overall, we loved this property. The kitchen is well stocked with items for cooking. The location is perfect - about 1 mile from the downtown area, 1.5 miles to a fabulous hiking area, and very close to the airport for those pick ups and drop offs. All very convenient. The hot tub was our favorite place to hang out and the dining area was the perfect place for a Game Night. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful home in Palm Springs

A beautifully remodeled mid century modern home in Palm Springs. The decor is over the top artsy, but we enjoyed it. Kitchen is terrific. Two dishwashers and two sinks. Chefs can cook up a storm in this place. The entire rear of the main home are floor to ceiling glass doors that look out on the pool and jacuzzi. We did not make use of the outdoor grilling set up, but it looked just as professional as the kitchen. We do short term rentals relatively regularly. While this one had a well-equipped kitchen, there was not the usual 'guest pantry' with the basic spices, oils, etc. Not the end of the world, but since most short term rentals have the basics, it would have been nice to know that this one does not.The home is located around the corner from a Ralphs, and 5 minutes from downtown. We are a family of 5 and spent most of our time in the delightful pool and spa. The backyard has a beautiful view of the mountains and the neighborhood is quiet.The home has 3 bedrooms and three baths, with a fourth bedroom and bath in its own separate suite off the pool. Great spot to put the mother in law.Be advised that the City of Palm Springs passed a new short term rental ordinance. Among the rules is no music outside, even on a cell phone, at any time, and no more cars in the driveway than the number of rooms in the house. The owners get fined for any violation, so they take it very seriously.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week at this beautiful home! The kitchen was fabulous. Everything we needed for Thanksgiving dinner was provided. I’ve never stayed in a short term rental with a kitchen that well equipped. We also loved having two sinks, two dishwashers, and two ovens. The kids absolutely loved their individual, perfectly decorated, bedrooms as well as the pool, spa and fire pit. This house was so much fun. We definitely want to come back with an all adult group of friends.Jerry and Nick at 365 were excellent and answered all of our questions. Thank you so much!

Even better than the pictures. We've been coming to Palm Springs for years and this was the best property yet. Clean, comfortable, everything working and right there near town. Could not have been better.

Wonderful Week

The home met or exceeded our expectations on all fronts. The house was very well equipped. Comfortable beds (a must for us). The outside pool area was wonderful. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas for shade, and outside kitchen. Very private back yard. Indoors was well equipped and comfortable. We had one issue upon arrival and it was immediately taken care of by the management company. Good communication. Loved the home decorating. We would not hesitate to stay here again and it will be our first place to check out for next years trip.
