3-bedroom, 2 bath, canal house with private heated pool

Attention: New roof in August 2023 and new driveway in 2024.

This fully equipped vacation home has a large pool in a quiet residential area in southwest Cape Coral, close to everything in Cape Coral.

This vacation home offers a spacious layout and sleeps six people. It has a 1900 sq ft fully air-conditioned living area with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a breakfast nook, and a dining area.

Outside, the large lanai with a table for 6, a sitting area, and four lounge chairs offer the possibility of enjoying the Florida sun and the large pool. The pool is covered with a screen so you can enjoy it without being bothered by insects and things from the garden.

The lanai also has a large new barbecue gas grill with five burners to prepare your daily T-Bone Steak.

Further down the lawn, you can enjoy the view of the Niagara Canal on your boat dock. Often, you get accompanied by curious turtles, and now and then, an otter swims by.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and you get to the garage through the laundry room.

The house has a 65” smart TV with Internet on-demand streaming and a soundbar in the living room. It is also equipped with a Blu-ray player and many movies and books to enjoy.

The Main Bedroom has a 50” smart TV, and the other bedrooms have 32” smart TVs.

High-speed Internet & Wi-Fi is included in the rental price.

Two beach cruiser bikes are available for exploring the Neighborhood or for a small shopping trip. Supermarkets, banks, cinemas, and shopping centers are nearby and within a few minutes by car.

You can rent this house for a flat fee, with occupancy for up to six people.

House Rules & Terms:

- Energy cost: Included within certain limits: Pool heating not above 82 Fahrenheit and air conditioning not below 74 Fahrenheit. Additional costs will be deducted from the deposit if these limits are not followed.

- No pets allowed. Service dogs are permitted but not support animals.

- No smoking inside. Outside on the lanai and terrace, it is allowed.

- No parties or events are allowed.

Check-in is any time after 4 p.m., and check-out is by 10 a.m. More check-in information is provided a few days before arrival.

If the BBQ grill is not cleaned during check-out, US $50.00 will be charged and deducted from the security deposit.

Family Vacation

Great location, close to stores & restaurants. The kids loved to pool, it was plenty warm. Only down side was that the house did not appear to have been cleaned properly. Floors were dirty, tables weren't wiped down and trash was left in the bathroom. All rugs in the home were dirty. I spent some time cleaning when we arrived.

Comfortable Pool Home

We frequently visit Cape Coral in March. This home is one of the best we’ve stayed at. The Property Manager, Glen responds quickly when you need something. We will definitely try to book another trip at this home.

Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great. The pool area is really nice. The only downside was the pool heater was not working our entire stay so we couldn't swim as the pool was too cold. The property manager came by every day to try to fix it, but it ended up being a major part that couldn't be replaced in time. Everything else was as stated in the online listing.

Awesome pool and lanai

Warm and amazingly clean pool. Everything was as advertised. Easy to communicate with property manager and owner. I use a walker and home was very compatible with that. We liked how the home was tucked into a nice and safe neighborhood, yet close to everything.

Wonderful Cape Coral getaway

For the second winter in a row, we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Hakan and Anna's home. The owners, along with property manager, Glen do a great job handling any questions and concerns we had. Love the comfortable heated pool area and canal front! Plan to be back next winter!

Fabulous pool!

Great home, very well equipped with everything you need. Pool was one of the best in our experience & home was wisely equipped with sufficient plastic wear to safely enjoy, plus great loungers & pool toys. Everything very clean, communication with both the owner and Glen the manager was top notch, very fast answers to questions. View and privacy in the well kept yard and along the quiet canal a plus. Great stay!

Excellent

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was not cleaned when you arrived at 4 but I called the property manger and he immediately came out and it was all taken care of by the time we got back from dinner. The beds are comfortable, tv's in all the rooms and the pool area is great. Lots of seating and pool toys for kids. The house is very convenient to the grocery store and other local places. We would differently stay here again.

Great home for our winter getaway

My husband and I stayed for the month of February and will be back next year. Home is spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. Especially loved the heated pool and spent most of our time on the patio, which was bright and nicely furnished. When we had questions or concerns, the owner was prompt in responding back to us by e mail.

Ok stay for what was needed

The area was spacious , the pool was niceand supplies for stay very good. Had to wash all dishes by hand because the dishwasher cleans poorly. Washer cleans poorly letting detergent stain items because of it’s energy saving offer. Not enough towels provided fir swimming and showering. .attempted to reach out at the beginning of stay by phone with property management as told and Gunner never responded. Tried to reach out at the end by messaging and no response.
