The recently updated loft is a clean and spacious five bedroom, two bathroom, modern-style space conveniently located in Downtown Dayton. Its excellent location is ideal for finding both indoor and outdoor activities to enjoy during your stay. RiverScape MetroPark, Day Air Ballpark, Dayton Art Institute, Schuster Performing Arts Center, and the Historic Oregon District are just a few of the places within a ten-minute walk or drive.
The 3,500 square foot loft provides ample space for both socializing with other guests in the common areas and decompressing in the privacy of one of the comfortable bedrooms. Relax in a massage chair or get cozy in front of the serene fireplace in the common room. The large kitchen comes well stocked with a variety of cook and dining ware. The game room offers mini pool, an arcade-style game, board and card games, and even a PS4 console for your enjoyment. Also located in the common area is a business center, convenient for work or group meetings.

This hidden gem was just perfect for our family. I traveled with my husband, 4 grown children and 3 grandchildren for a funeral and everyone was very comfortable. We all took advantage of the massage chair and vibrating chairs. Everything we needed was right there, from towels, kitchen appliances, games and laundry. River-side loft was very impressive.

Great Family Reunion

We had no problems getting in. We found the place spacious and clean. The kitchen was fairly well equipped except no dishwasher and the mini drain rack. We fixed most of our meals though the nearby Gulzar's Indian restaurant was a wonderful feast one evening. We used Walmart and Kroger. Bedrooms and beds were very good. But 3 need a way to hang clothes. The bathrooms were very adequate. Neither is off of a bedroom, so it's easy for a group to share. The kids enjoyed the game room. The nearby river walk is very nice with huge fountains that spray on the top of the hour. We were here for a wedding and extended our stay for a reunion. We enjoyed the Dollar Book Swap, the Saturday Fox Hollow Rodeo, and the Air Force Museum. The place was very economical. We were 8 people most nights. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay!

This location is absolutely amazing for families and groups of friends. We were in town for a baseball tournament and it was an amazing place to relax as well as host people during games. The kids and adults all had a great time. Other families that stopped by even talked about how jealous they were and will try and book it first for future tournaments.

Wedding in Dayton

Six of us descended upon Dayton for a friends wedding. The property was perfect - such a unique property with lots of room and activities for everyone (the massage chair was a hit). Would definitely recommend this property.

Family Gathering

The location was perfect for needed to be the checking process was okay. Sent a message to the host regarding early check in no reply. Called with challenges getting into the lock box no answer or call back. Sent another message regarding some pre damage in the shower, no response. The property was perfect everything we needed was in the location however the host was not the best. We would rent again but would like better communication from the host. This was my 1st time booking through Virbo

Well worth the money!

We enjoyed our stay in a very clean, modern and spacious condo/loft. There were many amenities to please all of the various age groups within our party. It was an extremely short walk to the beautiful Dayton Riverwalk and Downtown area. We will be visiting the area again due to a family member living nearby and will be sure to book this location again!

Amazing Loft Stay!!!!

I highly recommend this location. More than a regular stay! Very clean, amenities are amazing, layout is unique and comfortable for all guests. Business below did not interfere whatsoever with us during our stay. Family entertainment that was available was awesome, everyone enjoyed. Allowed our family to just stay indoors for the most part and enjoy each other. Would absolutely book again upon return.

Another great stay

We stayed her last year for WGI Championships, and liked it so much we came back this year. The space was great for all 8 of us. We never felt like we were on top of each other. All of the beds are very comfortable, and the location is great for what we needed. We'll definitely be back next year.

The Dayton Loft

The place was amazing! Great place to host a weekend getaway. Very close to nice restaurants and breweries. All the amenities were provided and we had a great time. Would rent the Loft again and again!

Modern space, comfortable, spacious.

This place was bigger than we thought. 4 bedrooms, huge living area, kitchen, dining room, game rooom. Big screen tvs in almost every room. Downstairs are businesses. So you are alone in the bldg in the evening. Excellent security features. We will rent it again.
