Spacious Downtown Paradise Summer Sale

If you are staying 28 days or more (HOA requirement),your vacation home is within a five to ten minute walk to restaurants, nightlife, music, shopping, museums and all that downtown Palm Springs offers. The Condo offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains from a large balcony overlooking an open courtyard and the complex's largest pool and hot tub. There are 8 total pools and hot tubs, plus tennis, pickle ball, and racketball courts and a gym. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the unit is very quiet.

The space
Relax before dinner with a cocktail from the wet bar or wine fridge, then enjoy a meal in the huge dining area with seating for 8 plus a breakfast bar. Enjoy the evening from your private patio or take in the night sky from your upstairs balcony with fire pit. The office work space completes the picture, so whether you're here to relax, entertain, or work from home, this condo has it all.

Excellent condo rental experience

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property which was centrally located in Palm Springs near downtown. The unit was spacious and had everything I needed, including a super outdoor grill. The community had many amenities and everyone was friendly. Pools were great, perfect for lap swimming, and the closest was steps away from the patio. I would stay here again.

Just what we needed!

From the moment we booked our stay our hosts Don & Linda provided all of the answers to our questions and then some. We were so impressed with the property as everything you can think of was there for us to use and it is such a fun cool place to wake up in everyday. Not only was the place clean and so well put together the complex itself with all the amenities for us to use was like being on an extended vacation every day. All of the recommendations of restaurants and things to do was spot on. We look forward to returning in the future!

Relaxing stay & accessible owner.

An older complex, but well maintained. Easily walkable to the main centre of Palm Springs. Pools are heated on a rotating schedule but all are easily accessible. All hot tubs are heated year round. Gym is adequate but probably needs some equipment updates. 1st consideration - clean/comfortable. The unit itself is comfortably well furnished on three levels - and clean. All beds were comfortable. Good kitchen equipment and supplies. 2nd consideration - owner friendliness. Our queries, although few, were addressed right away by the owner. He showed that he wanted us to have the best of time in the unit. We would stay again if we decide to come back to Palm Springs.

Spacious, Well-Stocked Condo in Great Location with a Few Quirks

We stayed at this spacious four-level condo in Palm Springs for a month and really enjoyed the location—peaceful yet close to both the supermarket and downtown nightlife. The unit is well laid out, with three bedrooms each featuring its own bathroom. The kitchen was impressively stocked, and we loved the patio and grill setup. The primary bedroom had a cozy sitting area, beautiful mountain views, and a large en-suite. Fast Wi-Fi, multiple TVs, games, and puzzles made the stay even more comfortable. A thoughtful welcome gift of wine and cheese from the owner was much appreciated.The multiple pools were a great perk, and communication with both the owner and property manager was smooth. Instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow.There were a few minor inconveniences: only one set of keys which you needed if you left the property on foot and the carport was extremely narrow with a cactus nearby that scratched our car, though nearby uncovered parking was an alternative. The beds may not suit all comfort preferences, and the sheets and towels had a noticeable fragrance which may not work for everyone. Daily garden maintenance meant occasional outdoor noise, and there were quite a few artificial flowers inside that collected a bit of dust. Screens on the sliding doors on both floors would’ve been nice to enjoy the fresh air.Overall, this condo is spacious, well-equipped, and in a great location—an excellent choice for a longer stay in Palm Springs.

Linda and I live in the outskits of Chicago. We have spent the last 14 years visiting Palm Springs in the winter months. Palm Springs is our happy place during those months. We love downtown Palm Springs, with it's many restaurants, night clubs and shopping. I am an avid golfer and have played so many great courses in the valley. As your host, I am dedicated to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

After renting many condos in central Palm Springs, we fell in love with our new home. We love walking to our favorite restaurants, spending relaxing evenings on our balcony and patio, and floating in the pool right outside of the unit.
