First Floor one bedroom beach block condo in a friendly in demand condo community with pool.

The condo is directly across from the pool and across the street from the beach. This condo is my little paradise and I am sharing it to provide others with the same beach excursion that we enjoy when we stay. A video is included for your review.

Located minutes away from AC, the nightlife of excellent restaurants and AC casinos are right over the bridge. The new indoor Island Water park next to Showboat in AC is open and is directly next to the Showboat which has the new largest arcade in the East Coast, Lucky Snake.

The Pirate's Den restaurant is within walking distance and add'l restaurants are right down the road, including Lascala's Beach House - the new outdoor/indoor beach bar featuring live music.

There is a 50 inch smart tv in family room and a 24 inch smart tv in the bedroom. They both stream all channels w high speed wifi inc youtube tv, prime video, etc. Kitchen has full amenities with all utensils and cookware. (stove, refrigerator, granite countertop, large sink). Condo is also professionally cleaned.

There is a queen bed and a twin bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the family room.

The leather recliner/rocker is one of my favorites!

Total occupancy allowed is three people.

Amazing complex/perfect location

This is the perfect shore area getaway. The complex is right across from the beach, has its own pool, and has great residents.

Love Brigantine

Brigantine is a wonderful place to visit. Beautiful beach and very friendly community. We enjoyed The Pirates Den several times; their food was great and service was quick! Very enjoyable visit!

We didn’t want to leave!

We had an excellent experience staying in this super cute condo! It was an excellent fit for a family of 3, very close to a great beach, and had everything we needed! The host, Deborah, was lovely and easy to communicate with. We hope to come again soon!

Perfect vacation spot

Condo is great and so is the host! She was friendly and helpful and even let us know of events in town. Condo is small but just the perfect size for two adults and a child. Clean and comfortable with everything you need. Neighbors are friendly and quiet and distance to beach is just perfect.

Easy breezy ocean & pool!

I had a wonderful ocean & pool trip to the Jersey shore! The best vacation would be no over crowding, a clean natural beach on the ocean and a clean nice pool right where you are. It is also a plus to not need to bring much , this property had all the little things we needed. The owner was very helpful. Condo was comfortable and very nice. We will stay again.

Hi Kurt, I’m sorry you didn’t see the information I sent to you prior to your stay but as per our conversation, I submitted all of the necessary information with all the codes the day prior to your stay, on August 23rd, on the VRBO site, which is how they are usually given when booked on the site. You didn't check the site and didn’t see them. I sent u screen shots of exactly what was sent. I also sent you texts the same day of your check in since I didn't hear from you, to make sure you received the information. You tried to reach me by phone when you arrived but I was driving at the time and I missed your call- I was glad my neighbor was able to assist. I regret there were miscommunications, but it wasn’t for a lack of information provided on my part. Enjoy your Labor Day 😁!

Excellent Stay

This condo is a gem! Great location across from the beach. This condo has everything you need for a fabulous Brigantine getaway. The neighbors are so welcoming and friendly. You can enjoy sitting inside or sit out front at the table. And a few feet away is the pool area. Tables-chairs-umbrellas. And the pool is excellent. The condo is spotless and the area outside the unit on the complex grounds is taken care of and looks great. Hope to return often. Thank you.

Felt at home

Deborah was a fantastic host. I had an issue with my hotel and she quickly responded to my request and got me in her place the same day. Her place was perfect for me and my daughter. We felt completely safe and at home. She had a queen bed and a twin bed in her one bedroom condo. It was super clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. A quick walk across the street to the beach and a short walk to a cute little beach restaurant. She had beach tags available, beach chairs, and beach towels. It had everything we needed.

The condo is in the perfect location - directly across from the beach and it's wonderful to walk on the beach and be there even when it's colder. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a fully equipped kitchen and Hi Speed Internet. Atlantic City is eight minutes away. I hope anyone that stays enjoys it as much as I do!
