Beach Escape - 2 Bedroom Condo, steps to the beach.

Welcome to your perfect beach escape! This beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom beachfront condo offers the ultimate getaway experience.
You will fall in love with the location of our unit. Only steps away from beautiful Upham Beach! The space is comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your next vacation. The condo pool is open and ready for you to jump right in.

Please note that there is still construction going in the 1st floor unit.

Third floor condo and there are no elevators in the building. Must be at least 25 years of age in order to book our condo with a 3 night minimum stay. Beautiful 2 bedroom condo. 3 night minimum rental. Steps from gorgeous and quiet Upham Beach. The space has a nice beachy feeling and has everything you would need for your stay. Top (third) floor condo means that there will no upstairs noise from neighbors. Please note that you must be at least 25 years of age in order to book our condo and there are no elevators in the building.
The space
This 3rd floor unit has everything you need for your stay. A kitchen, dining and living area. Bedroom one has a queen size bed. Bedroom two has two single bed and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room that can sleep two people. No elevator in building.
We generally have beach chairs and an umbrella available (as long as previous guest did not brake them) and you may also rent them at the beach as well. Just bring your flip flops!!
Laundry is conveniently located steps away from condo.

Perfect for a weekend get away.We were here Friday to Monday. The host was absolutely amazing with communication and had the condo ready to go as soon as we landed at 9am.There were tons of beach toys, wagon, beach chairs, umbrella etc for us to use.It was very very clean.Only down side was it is on the 3rd floor and no elevator - so that made it hard carrying stuff up and down constantly. As well as only one single ceiling fan in dining room - so it was very very warm in there.It is across the street from the beach, so a very short walk. Overall very good experience!!

The best location you'll find across the road from a stunning beach and close to lots of restaurants. The condo is presented very well and the host is excellent - communication was top notch and check in/out info along with answering any questions was great.

Perfect for a quick weekend trip

Easy commute to and from St Pete/ Clearwater airport. Condo unit is right across the street from a popular beach access. So nice to not have to worry about how and where to park. Unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed

Perfect Beach Access

We wanted a winter get away to soak in the sun. This property is located less than a block to the perfect beach. The parking availability was fantastic. Many great restaurants are also within walking distance. The Vrbo was clean, cozy, and quiet.

Perfect location and clean condo!

The building was clearly marked and easy to find. Entry instructions were good. Parking was easy and close. The beach was very close with a grill right there for eats! Cabana rental on the beach. Entrance to condo is not indicative of the very lovely inside! Had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive to a backed up toilet. No complaints!

If you’re looking to be close to the beach this place is where you want to be. They provide beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. Full kitchen. Will stay again next time I’m in town!

Nicely appointed condo. Could have used more pillows for the beds. Appreciated the beach chairs for our use. Did get a little warm when sleeping since we weren’t allowed to adjust the thermostat below 72°. Otherwise, it served out purpose and we enjoyed out time there.

St. Pete Stay

Our family stayed here after looking for an alternative to Sanibel while hurricane renovations are ongoing. It is definitely not an equivalent; however, the water was crystal clear with sandy beaches. The beach access was public so it was busy most of the time. We made the short trip to Pass-a-grille beach most days. The condo building was rather old and had a very unpleasant smell in the hallway leading to the condo probably because it was carpeted. We also had neighbors shooting off fireworks at all hours of the night. In the condo, updates have been made and the owner quickly fixed an issue with the tub upon our arrival. He made the check-in/check-out process very easy. Glad it didn't come with a huge laundry list of cleaning and chores to complete before we could leave.

Clean and Comfort close to the beach!

This property was newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Beach chairs and towels were provided as well as basic household dishes and utensils. We were just steps from the beach with easy access to many local attractions. We would definitely stay here again.
