It is a beautiful one story house with private pool on an unobstructed view ocean front lot, just a few steps to the beach. Its a great location to enjoy a relaxing vacation with friends or family. The resort has many amenities to enjoy , including an infinity pool, hot tub, kayak/paddle board/and beach bikes, ALL Included, and it is located in a natural estuary reserve with breath taking ocean, estuary, and Mountain View’s. It features 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms , and a spacious common area to enjoy. USA directv in Living room on 65" HDTV, and in MBR on 45" HDTV. Roku TV in queen room with netflix app loaded. Fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs, with full sized refrigerator and freezer. Beautiful patio out back with a gas grill. Gorgeous Margarita deck up top to enjoy the amazing sunsets. Private play pool and expansive deck area with a large firepit and seating for 12. Don’t forget to visit Laguna Shores 5 star restaurant Infusion del Golfo!!! Beautiful, Clean House

The house and amenities were perfect. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had all the things we needed. We loved staying here. The tide was out a long way for all of our stay which allowed us to do some exploring, but we spent most of our time checking out the local beaches. We loved the secure location and felt very safe.

Fantastic Stay!!!

The best!! I went with my wife and another couple and the house was fantastic!! Stocked and ready for us to have a relaxing stay! Our ladies took advantage of the massage booking by Ruben and they kept talking about how great it was! The outside area is set up for the hot days AND cool nights! Thank y'all for thinking about all the things!!

All of the Comforts of Home

Our stay was wonderful! The home is clean, comfortable and feels like a home. The owners attended to every detail to make it a lovely place to stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need including some spices, coffee etc. There were plenty of towels and linens. The AC’s worked well and provided a welcome reprieve from the July heat- we were very comfortable. The rooftop deck provided lovely views of the ocean and sunset. Even though the beach is very close, it was nice to have a pool! Would absolutely recommend this place.

Friendly and mellow beach

Lovely modern home on the beach to relax and watch the water come in and out each day from the rooftop patio or the backyard. We loved how much nature surrounds this property. Both the owners and staff could not have been nicer or more helpful!! The onsite restaurant was our best food experience by far. We did not realize the staff prefers cash tips. Our only complaint was that the hot tub was not hot and the pool was cold but I'm sure in the warmer summer months this is not an issue.

A Gem!!!!

My family and I had the most wonderful vacation for many reasons. First and foremost, Shon, the owner, was the most gracious host. He welcomed us into his home and was immediately available for any of our questions/concerns. . This is something we really appreciated since we were traveling to Mexico with our dogs for the first time. The house is beautiful and exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed and more. It was was very well maintained and comfortable. The location was ideal…quiet, beach front, private pool and yard, with the access to a 5 star restaurant, gym, and resort pool. If you value privacy and serenity this is the place for you . Hours of endless fun and gorgeous views I highly recommend this property.

Best stay in Rocky Point ever!

We have stayed in many condos and homes over our 10 years of visiting Rocky Point and this home was the best ever! Very clean, had everything we needed, had great views and the proximity to both the common area pool and beach was walking distance. Both the owners and staff at Laguna Shores were very professional and courteous! This may have just become our go to home when visiting Rocky Point! Thank you so much for making our family vacation a great one!

Perfect family vacation

We stayed here for spring break and it was a wonderful experience. The house and property amenities were even better than expected, the house was spotless, and the owner was very attentive. We had a couple questions and the owner always answered right away. We found very little reason to leave the property since almost everything we could want was available right there.

From the front to back of the home was spectacular!! Relaxing in the huge tub after a long day on the beach was amazing!! My kids enjoyed the pool at the home as well as the community pool with the huge jacuzzi!! Cant wait to go back!!

Terrific House, Extremely Comfortable, Terrific Views

Our family planned a last minute getaway to Puerto Penasco for October. Shon and Amelie were amazing to deal with. They were lightning fast on responses to any questions or simply to give us updates. Their home is clean, beautiful, and wonderfully stocked. We cooked several meals here and were able to find everything we needed. Our family enjoyed the beach, the rooftop seating area, and the pool. We even had a close encounter with dolphins while swimming in the ocean. Absolutely amazing time. Would definitely recommend. Laguna Shores has a very shallow beach, so the tide moves out an incredible distance each day, but it was fun to watch it move so much. Also allowed our kids to chase crabs and hunt for shells during low tide.

Absolutely relaxing and beautiful

Our family of 5 stayed for a week. The house was beautiful and perfect for our stay. Shon was available for any of our needs. We loved that we could go to the ocean, just a few steps away, or we cod just sit by the pool. We loved every minute and will definitely be back!❤

Perfect Getaway

First, Shon was an amazing host. He was quick to respond to all of my questions and super friendly on the phone. He really knows the area and gave great recommendations. The house is beautiful and the resort restaurant was fantastic. Getting a house with a private pool was EVERYTHING!!!! I highly recommend this house.

Best Stay Yet!!

Shon’s house is by far the best place to stay!! The house is fully stocked with pretty much EVERYTHING!! Private pool and access to the beach is just a few steps away. Shon is such a great host and makes sure you have everything you need and are very comfortable during your stay. The home is beautiful!! And we truly can’t wait to go back!!

Great Rocky Point Getaway!

We had a wonderful week with our family in this beautiful home. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed to accommodate our large group. The owner was an incredible host and very friendly and responsive. We loved the property, view, and resort amenities. The short drive into town was worth the privacy and great atmosphere. We highly recommend this home for your next Mexico Getaway.

We love traveling to Rocky Point Mexico from the Phx area. We've owned a fractional villa in Laguna shores since 2017 and we absolutely love the resort. When the opportunity presented to own an ocean front home with a private pool, we purchased the house before it was even listed.

We take pride in ownership and it shows throughout the home. The house was built by Laguna Shores and was their former model home. The finishes are top of the line, the property has amazing ocean and mountain views. The resort offers all amenities you'll desire on your vacation.
