Fantástico privada de playa, de arena blanca, agua cristalina! Piscina wifi está cargada!

Es una de las mejores playas del mundo y es privado!
Ofertas de avión comienzan 22 de agosto y van al 19 de diciembre ... alquiler de coches son muy baratos también. La razón es que los niños están de vuelta en la escuela. Puedo ayudarle a encontrar su vuelo y ofertas de alquiler de coches.
Las palmeras, plantas tropicales, el sol le rodean en el Paraíso. Su playa de arena blanca es privado (no abierto al público) La propiedad tiene un Tiki Hut en el borde de las aguas donde se puede barbacoa (los peces que capturados) en la parrilla de gas y cenar con su familia o compañero. Ver Delfín Juega sólo 20 yardas de nuestra costa.

La piscina climatizada es también un gran lugar para relajarse. La propiedad fue totalmente renovada y ajardinada, terminado en 2008. Mi apartamento ha sido renovado con una cocina completamente equipada, productos de GE y las tapas corian.

El dormitorio principal tiene su propio cuarto de baño, cama king size, TV de pantalla plana y balcón con una hermosa vista del océano. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas dobles y TV de pantalla plana. El apartamento estaba decorado profesionalmente con todos los muebles nuevos incluyendo colchones / ropa de cama.

Hay muchos restaurantes locales donde se puede cenar en el agua. La mayoría de la gente le encanta visitar el Dolphin Research Center donde se puede nadar con los delfines o ver el espectáculo. O usted puede tomar un paseo en 50 minutos a Key West y pasar el día el registro de salida Museos, galerías de arte y muchas otras atracciones.

Great location, very clean, comfortable beds, everything we needed including beach towels and household goods (TP, PT, soap, etc.). Mike was very nice and informative on check-in and out and things to do, places to eat. Will definitely be back and hopefully stay here again!

Life on the beach

Very beautiful views of ocean and pool. Very close to all activities, shopping, grocery shopping, restaurants, and beaches. 45 minutes from Key West. Condo spacious and comfortable. Mike very responsive to all our questions.

Awesome honeymoon trip

We had such a relaxing week staying here for our honeymoon!! Michael was an amazing host, his communication was fantastic, and he shared lots of info about great things to do in the area. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and the condo was just lovely. We will definitely return!

Great Stay and Great Host!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Key Colony Beach at this lovely condo. The accommodations were wonderful. It provided everything we needed, like a home away from home. The space was a cozy, beach cottage vibe. We got a chance to enjoy the balcony which was great in the mornings for coffee and meditation. Additionally, the beach was nice and relaxing with plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. We watched the 4th of July fireworks at Sunset park with the residents of Key Colony which gave a small town feel.This experience would not have been as wonderful if it was not for our Host-Micheal. He was very hospitable, providing a list of things to do, restaurants, and resources in the area. We had a hiccup early on and he took care of it right away. We would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit this area.

Excellent location

Michael is a conscientious communicator - we appreciated his detailed check-in instructions as well as his list of recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The property was clean and the location was ideal for our needs. If ever in the area again we would not hesitate to book this property.

Awesome beach, pool

Great central location on Marathon. Very friendly people in complex. Easy walk to few local restaurants. Hard furniture in great condition. Beds need replaced.. absolutely horrible for sleeping.

The most beautiful place

My husband, 16 yr son and I enjoyed a week long vacation in Marathon. Michael's condo was just perfect! The area is wonderful! This was our first visit to the Keys and they did not disappoint. We snorkeled, fished, kayaked, enjoyed the pool and the ocean. Hopefully, one day we will be back......thank you for everything Michael!

Keys Mini Lobster Season 2023

This was our second year staying in this unit. We continue to enjoy, extremely clean and it has everything you might need. Great location for these grandparents to “get away” each evening from the large group staying in their rental house on 9th Street! Very happy with this year’s rental/stay. Thank you Michael for making it so easy to stay each year.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time, full of ammazing memories! There is no shortage of things to do in the Keys. Key Colony is nestled away from the hustle and bustle, but so close to the grocery store, restaurants, etc to fit your needs. The host is wonderful, very informative and will give you a long list of fun excursions! The condo is clean and has everything required to make you feel at home. Thank you so much for having us!

The unit we had, #18 was great. Had everything we needed and more. Quite, great pool.

Would highly recommend this to any couple or family. In an area that is private but really close to many wonderful restaurants and open spaces in the on the water. Only negative was while we were there the seaweed was pretty bad on the beach and in the water. Have been told it's not like that all the time. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone. And Michale is great to work with.

Great vacation!!

This property is the perfect spot for a Florida keys vacation! The condo was very clean, easy to get to, and we liked that it was not located on the main streets. The pool was fabulous. It was large enough to comfortably accommodate all the guests with plenty of chairs to relax in. We felt so lucky to have private beach access as well with beautiful ocean views, and again, ample seating to accommodate. You are in walking distance to a couple restaurants which is nice, but also only a 5-15min drive to many other amazing restaurants and activities. It was the perfect central spot in the Keys to be able to explore other islands as well. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Beautiful

Key Colony Beach was one of my favorites! I was worried that there would not be enough activities to keep my 11 year old grandson entertained. Michael assured that there was and he was right!! My wife and I have three boys that have enjoyed the Keys for years. Back home we are kept very busy with multi-sports activities and school. When we are in the Keys we do everything together fishing, dolphin encounters, snuba dive/snorkel. We also enjoy outstanding water-front restaurants and sitting on the beach talking/relaxing.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The first time we vacationed at Sea Isle Condominiums in Key Colony Beach was back in 1996. At the time we had 2 boys (now we have a 3rd) It was the best vacation we ever had. We booked the following year and again, it was outstanding. When a condo came on the market we decided to purchase it...that was in 1998. My family absolutely loves the time we spend in the Keys...we have great memories!!!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We have one of the best white sand beaches in the world! It's private and safe. We have seen all kinds of Sea life on our beach including dolphin and manatee. The ocean is crystal clear...great for snorkeling. The tiki hut on the beach has gas grills and tables for dining on the water. Our pool is large and heated. The property is beautifully landscaped with colorful tropical plants and bushes.
