Welcome to your relaxing South Texas getaway! This cozy 749-square-foot park model comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located just a 15-minute drive from South Padre Island, you'll enjoy easy access to the beach while staying in the peaceful, gated community of Long Island Village—away from the crowds and traffic.

The Layout

This home is thoughtfully designed to maximize your vacation experience. While compact, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The first bedroom features a queen-size bed. It's a cozy space that's perfect for winding down after a full day at the beach, exploring the area, or enjoying the resort amenities.

Just off the kitchen is the first bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom offers two twin beds and includes its own private en-suite bathroom, making it a great setup for children, friends, or additional guests.

The living room also includes a full-size pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space if needed.

During your stay, you'll have access to a wide variety of resort amenities, including:

Indoor and outdoor swimming pools
Golf course (tee times available for an additional fee)
Fitness center
Tennis courts
On-site restaurant
Dog park for your four-legged family members

Whether you're spending the day at the beach or relaxing within the community, there's plenty to enjoy without ever leaving the Village.

Resort Fee

Long Island Village collects a one-time $110 Resort Fee at check-in. This fee is paid directly to the resort and is not controlled by the property owner. Registration at the Welcome Center provides your vehicle pass and access to all community amenities.

Please Note

Long Island Village is currently undergoing community improvements. Some neighboring streets remain unpaved and may become muddy after rainfall. A vehicle rinse station is conveniently located near the Welcome Center to help wash away any mud before returning to the home. We appreciate your understanding as the community continues these upgrades.

This location was so cute!!! It was near all the places we wanted to visit. We enjoyed our stay, Guy was very accommodating and responsive with any questions we had. Will book again next time we visit.

First off... To sum this up...The place was much smaller, then expected or advertised. We couldn't hardly get ourselves into the room with the full bed not a queen bedroom as advertised because the room was so small. The AC unit was extremely bright and lit up the room making it almost impossible to sleep... The house smells musty and needs a dehumidifer... 2nd The amenities were substandard to be kind. The pool was terrible and disgusting! It had not been cleaned, in several days, as there was clear slime floating through the pool and green gunk all around the edges. Clearly not sanitized and with the amount of people using the pool on a daily basis this should not happen. The activity center was nothing more than a ping pong table and puzzle and mailboxes. Not to mention, the gym was not clean and smelled like sweat....To make matters worse! They have the nerve to charge you135 extra BEFORE you see all this mess at the front....This was by far the worst place I've ever stayed. False advertising big time!! It should be advertised as a campground or trailer park.

Everything about the property was on point. Great Location. The house had Everything we needed for the stay. Our family loved it. Will definitely plan for another stay here in the near future.
