Fully equipped kitchen and household. Please dust off beach sand from shoes, clothes and all towels prior entering home or washing items. Sand can be damaging to washers and dryers. We provided basics for housekeeping and cleaning as commentary supply. If need guests should get own supplies.However for extended stay weekly or biweekly cleaning recommended( fee) .Ask host . Guests can do own as long as place is left in same or better condition after checkout.

Keep all doors closed for AC efficiency (otherwise it will freeze) and to keep pests and animals out. We are surrounded by nature and protected wiled life area.

Bbq is stored under porch due to high winds risk. Before using it please take it outside to the open patio area. Keep kids and pets under supervision at all times around pools, outdoor and away from near by ponds. Protect furniture from pets. Keep them created if left home alone. They need to be house trained. Walk in neighborhood allowed and to be leashed. Please pick up after your pets. No over night street parking. No boats or trailers any kind to be parked on the driveway or street.
