Updated 2 bedroom condo on the second floor of the Officers Quarters at the Mainstay. Nestled in the ideal Cape May location, this rental features off-street parking for 1 car and is only 2 blocks to Cape May s beaches and a short walk to the downtown shopping area. This unit features hardwood floors, one bedroom with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with pyramid bed (full on bottom, twin on top) that has a trundle as well. The hall bath has been recently renovated with a walk-in shower. The living space is open concept, boasting a well appointed kitchen with granite counters, dining area, and living room with cozy gas fireplace and a dedicated built-in desk space (along with queen sleeper sofa). Slider doors lead to the covered second floor deck overlooking historic Columbia Ave. where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails as you listen to the sounds of the horse and carriages pass by. Complete with a beach box on Howard St. Beach supplied with chairs and umbrellas! Tenants bring linens (sheets/towels). Check in time 4pm. $100 Cleaning Fee added to all reservations. Perfect place for our fall getaway as a family of 4. We rode bikes everywhere, walked to shopping and food, and we had quick access to the boardwalk and beach. We loved the fireplace and the deck. We will be back for sure!

great condo in a great location

2 block walk from the beach through a nice residential neighborhood. 3 blocks in the other direction and you are in the center of town with lots of shopping and restaurants. The nicely decorated condo had everything we needed. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes. Adequate counter space and new appliances. Having a dishwasher is an added bonus on vacation. The bathroom has been recently renovated and is spacious for a Cape May rental.

Wonderful Weekend

My family and I had the nicest weekend away in Cape May. Despite the rainy weather, we were very close to walk to many things - the beach, shops, etc. The condo was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. Great amenities. We have already talked about coming back in the fall. Thank you!

Long weekend in Cape May

This rental is in an excellent location. Close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and trolley tours. It makes for such a relaxing vacation when you can walk to everything you need or want. The condo was beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and a large shower.

Fun in the sun!

The property was amazing. It was very clean, had everything you need for a comfortable stay and centrally located. We were in walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

beautiful condo unit, close to everything

If you don't need a private, single family home, or more than 2 bedrooms, this condo unit is perfect. My family (self, husband, and two teen daughters) had a wonderful week in Cape May. The unit is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Two blocks from the beach and access to a stocked beach box made our beach excursions super easy. Only slightly longer walk to get to Washington Street Mall means that you barely need to move your car from your dedicated off-street parking spot. My husband and I spent every morning on the balcony drinking our morning coffee while the town of Cape May slowly came awake. We would absolutely stay here again

Beautiful as shown

Upon arrival, we saw a very clean and updated property. Everything seen online was exactly what we saw. The beds were also very comfortable. Great place to stay with family or friends.

So glad we found this place!

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to stay in Cape May, which has been a family destination for us for nearly 3 decades. This was the perfect spot for us. A charming space with room to relax and plenty of charm. Very clean and comfortable. The location made it easy to walk or bike most everywhere. We would certainly rent this property again!!

Great trip

My family had a great beach vacation staying at this property. The condo had everything we needed and was excellent. The included beach locker was very convenient. The property location was perfect, only two blocks to the beach and two blocks to the heart of Cape May. The off street parking was really nice as well.

Wonderful Cape May condo

We had a wonderful weekend at this Stockton Place Condo. Everything was clean, beds were comfy, location couldn’t get much better, and the patio was lovely to sit and enjoy our morning coffee! We would definitely rent this property again!
