Welcome home to your conveniently located and dog-friendly getaway in Cape May! Newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms for 2025. This three bedroom, two bath is located on the second floor of a Victorian home that has been converted into a spacious, corner unit with lots of natural light. Sleeping up to eight people. The kitchen is fully equipped for hosting and all of your cooking needs. Dining room seating for eight. The home features central A/C and heat, front-loading washer and dryer, four flat-panel TVs, free WIFI, large private balcony with lots of seating, and a shared enclosed front porch. You will have reserved on-premise parking for two cars.

We are located across the street from Cape May's dog park and a newly-renovated playground; a five-minute walk to the Emlen Physick Estate, the Washington Inn, and ACME supermarket; Less then a 10-minute walk to the Washington Street Mall; and a 12-minute stroll to the beach. Leave your car in the driveway and explore all of the attractions and restaurants in town on foot! We have everything you need for a fun and relaxing getaway -- any time of year -- in this charming, historic beach destination.

Please note:
*Beach badges and gear (umbrella, chairs, toys) are provided during the season. A bike rack is available on premise.
*Please note that linens and towels are NOT provided. Beds do have pillows, comforters and extra blankets. We can provide contact information for a local linen rental service if preferred.
*This property has a Ring doorbell camera located at the front door. There are no cameras monitoring the interior of the property.

Amazing Rental

This was a perfect rental for a week in Cape May. The house was clean, is nicely updated and had everything that you would need. It is a bit farther away from the beach to walk, about 15 minutes. We had a wonderful stay and are already planning to return again next year.

Great Location in Cape May

My entire family thoroughly enjoyed their first trip to Cape May. I spent lots of time here as a kid and it was nice to show Cape May off to them. The location was perfect, the home was clean and the owners were fantastic! We would stay again.

Quick Trip

We did a long weekend at this property. The property was clean and comfortable. While we didn’t cook, we were impressed with the fully stocked kitchen. The kids loved spending time on the balcony as well as the park across the street.

Very nice house. In the middle of everything. You’re a 10-15min walk or a 3-5min drive for anything you want to do. Very convenient location. On the weekends you can access the playground across the street if you have kids.

Lovely Getaway

We had a wonderful time and the weather cooperated even though rain was forecasted every day. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Within walking distance to the beach and shops. Definitely would like to stay there again.

Great girls weekend

It's close enough to be convenient to beach and shops and grocery store by walking. Far enough to be quiet at night and not too crowded. Owners responded immediately to questions asked. It was a beautiful weekend.

GREAT STAY IN CAPE MAY

Just got back from a wonderful week in Cape May and really enjoyed Loretta and Rob's rental property. Easy 10-15 minute walk to the beach and an even easier walk to the Washington Mall area with all of it's shops and dining options. The storage unit at the beach was very helpful (bang the lock lightly if it sticks!) and had everything we needed. Accommodations were spacious and clean. We especially loved watching "Zach The Bat" who lives on the outer screen in one of the kitchen windows. We consider him a member of our family now! Only inconvenience is the door to the front balcony being located in the kids bedroom which was challenging early in the morning and late at night. All in all, we were very happy with our decision and would recommend this property.

Great extended vacation

We loved our stay at Rob and Loretta’s! The house was perfect for our small family and doggo. It was an easy bike ride to the beach and the accessibility to the beach box was fantastic! We even got to watch a bat hang out outside one of the windows every day (kids names her Hilga)

Great place to stay. Walkable to everything ! We enjoyed the outdoor deck for coffee! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We went for a girls trip. The location was absolutely fabulous and the condo was very spacious. However, the property is in need of a deep clean, the bathrooms in particular and the baseboards, which were covered in a layer of dust and dirt. Additionally, there were no paper towels, full sized trash bags, or kitchen towels (we were aware we needed to bring our own bath/beach towels and linens). Lastly, the water from the fridge barely came out and the ice machine was faulty so I would suggest bringing your own water. In the future, would appreciate a more flexible checkout time. Beds and sofa were very comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Cape May.

Excellent condo

The condo was super cute and well decorated. Having the beach gear at the beach was very convenient and made the walk much easier. Communication with owner was easy and quick. Highly recommend staying here with your family.

Love the balcony

Enjoyable stay.. Nice large table for eating. Bonus to have 2 parking spots though you will have to jockey cars occasionally. Or just walk. It’s walkable to downtown but if you bring bikes it would be super easy. I do wish check out was a little later but I’m sure it has to do with tight cleaning schedules. Will stay again. Thanks.

Quiet Getaway

We booked this for our parents. The host was accommodating when we had to unexpectedly switch daters last minute. They enjoyed the house and how clean it was. Highly recommend.
