This property was fantastic—exactly as described and truly right in the heart of downtown Wilmington, could not have been a better location. Convenient parking was also great. Host was very communicative and check in/out was very easy. Would definitely come back for another trip.

The room itself was filthy, hairs on the sheets, appliances dirty on the inside, food left in the fridge, dirt and grime on the doors and walls ,smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke however we contacted the owner and told him our concerns and he graciously refunded us, i was very disappointed in the room but the host was a very nice man and we really appreciated him working with us

Relaxing in a great spot

It's the perfect lil place for a couple that wants to visit the historic district of downtown Wilmington. It's very comfy and cozy. Best part was the spiral staircase you can take to get to the roof.

Wonderful Spot!

We stopped for only one night, but I wish we would have been able to stay for the week. It was clean, and the size was perfect for my husband and I. The bed was so comfortable and the location could not have been better! Quiet at night and only a few blocks from the River Walk. Will definitely stay again. The only downfall is there isn't an elevator for taking up luggage.

Beautiful weekend in a lovely condo

We loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and in the perfect location to park you car and leave it parked. You can easily walk to lots of restaurants, bars and shops.

Awesome Downtown Spot

Great location for anything downtown. Check-in was easy, and the suite was ideal for the two of us. Clean, quaint building with lots of character and parking was a breeze. Would for sure book this again!

Cozy and comfortable in location, location!

Stayed last night in this property- very comfortable and a short walk to great restaurants downtown. Nextdoor to a nice market and parking is provided! Super great host to work with. The condo had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Weekend Getaway
