When you start dreaming of palm trees and the ocean breeze, it’s time for an Emerald Coast vacation. Beach Resort 311 is a rental condo in Destin’s Miramar Beach that makes sure you can take advantage of everything this paradise destination has to offer. The condo has one bedroom and a bonus bunk nook, as well as an open floor plan and a balcony overlooking the resort pool. It can entertain up to seven beach vacationers.

Parchment-toned tile floors and sand-colored walls throughout immediately put guests in a vacation state of mind. The main living area is spacious and bright, which is accentuated by large sliding glass doors that open onto a furnished balcony. In the living room, a gray queen-size sleeper sofa and patterned armchair face a rustic credenza and wall-mounted TV. A chic drink table and beach décor contribute to the relaxed vibe. Adjacent the living area is a cozy dining setup, consisting of a cottage-styled table, six chairs, and tropical palm tree décor on the walls. The nearby kitchen bar provides additional stool seating for three, and it is also a great spot to serve up tasty appetizers and refreshing drinks. The fully-stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet storage, and plenty of counter space.

The carpeted master bedroom is cozy and inviting, featuring a king-size bed and stylish headboard, white furnishings, a sunny window, TV, and coastal décor. It also has a private bath with a tub/shower combo, large vanity, and is decorated with calming blues. Tucked off the hallway, a comfortable bunk nook is perfect for the kids in the vacation party. It has a full/twin bunk, a wall-mounted TV, and access to a full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room.

Guests of Beach Resort 311 will enjoy access to condo amenities. This includes a lagoon-shaped pool with a shallow area and water feature that the kids will love. A hot tub, an expansive sundeck, and BBQ grills make this a great spot to sit back, relax, and soak up the sun. The Gulf’s snow-white beaches are located just across the street, so you can go from lounging by the pool to lounging on the sand in mere minutes. With its convenient Miramar Beach location, the condo is also near grocery stores, restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and a variety of coastal activities. During your stay, be sure to check out the Village of Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard, Destin Commons, and Silver Sands Premium Outlets. You can also drive a bit further to HarborWalk Village, or head the other direction to explore the quintessential beach towns that make up Scenic Highway 30A.
