Great room for the price!

The condo was tidy and spacious and comfortably housed 6 adults, one child and one baby. The complex is well kept. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Ocean Front Stay

Our family loved the condo. We enjoyed our stay due to the open setup with the kitchen and living room. The balcony was large that had our own private area for the master bedroom. The decorations were perfect for this beautiful condo.

The condo needs some upgrades. Bathroom doors, dishwasher is out of whack. I had to fix it to get it to work. A picture was laying on the floor when we arrived. Water accumulates outside making a mess entering.

Mold in the apartment on the mantle and vents. On ly thing that was done was someone came out and wiped it off.Took two days for refrigerator to get halfway cold. No refunds of any sort.

Cleaning was mediocre. Items from last tenant under the bed. Had to get in the shower to get soap to wash your hands. Maintenance is definitely needed at this property.

Great Location but Condo a Little Tired

Great location, amazing view. Comfortable property, great space, but appliances ancient and need to be updated, basically unusable. Property manager communications very challenging (responsive to texts but not effective to actually fix any issues).

Home Away From Home

We love the condo with the pools and hot tub. We've been at this condo for 4 years now. Love the location on the beach and close to so many things on the main strip Route 17. The unit was comfortable and had all the necessities of home. The unit was clean, but needed a little updating. I brought work with me and I kept loosing my connection with wifi so that was a little frustrating. All in all it was a great stay. We would definitely recommend it.

Perfect Location and lots of space!

The location of this building was perfect for our family of 7. We could walk to the beach or pool in minutes and were only a couple minute drive away from restaurants and attractions. TV's in every room and free wifi was nice for hot afternoons and there was plenty of room for all of us! Few inconveniences are that the check in office is 20 minutes from the location of the condo buildings. While getting the keys was easy enough, I wish we could have gotten them on site - same for checking out. Other then that inconvenience it was a very nice stay and great location for our vacation!

Stay was wonderful.Just had to go pick up key which could be improved with another way to pick up keys . Otherwise it was clean,comfortable.Great property but will not stay again due to having to take all the extra time to pickup key and then return it!

Great location

building was older but expected from Myrtle. room was clean. everything worked. no shortage of water pressure or hot water. the surrounding building are all smaller units which made for a less crowded beach. you can see up and down the coast where the bigger builders were, the beaches were packed. pool area was nice with plenty of lounge chairs. also no issues with parking. there is plenty of space directly across the street. minutes from barefoot landing.

Amazing view!!!

Loved the location , loved waking up and all you could see was the ocean. Condo was clean, comfy furniture. Loved that they had carts for brining up your stuff made loading and unloading so much easier. Elevator was perfect we usually have stairs to climb. Pools were perfectly kept and clean. They had a little “hang out “ spot downstairs that you could play games, watch tv and trade out books . Really liked there bathrooms downstairs, didn’t have to go all way back to room. On site maintenance kept everything prestine. Only downside was washer and dryer. Took forever to wash a load , was an all in one unit. The stand alone dryer was loud and would snag your clothes. Everything else was perfect. Check in and out was easy.

Great location

The condo itself is a great location! The condo we stayed in was overall okay, however, the cleaning crew needs to do a better job. It looked like no one had dusted in years. There were hairs randomly all over the floors/bathtubs. We had some water tracked in on the floor from the pool, wiped it up with a towel and the towel was Black. I would not recommend staying here for the price. I would for sure check out other places in that area bc the location was awesome! Across the road from Barefoot Landing and hardly any traffic on the road

We were very disappointed with this rental. We have been staying in MB for 40+ years, this was one of, if not the worst. Smelled bad, especially when walking in each time! Carpets were dirty and gross. Mold around master bathtub. Disgusting dishwasher that we could not use because it smelled so bad. The whole place was really dated and run down. The furniture was comfortable though.

The good and the not so good…

Positives: unit clean, grounds well kept, easy beach access, great view of ocean, nice pool area, efficient elevators, end unit so no noise from other renters. Nice balcony area, good parking. . Negatives: front restroom toilet flushed very poorly, kitchen has a slow drain, air conditioning is locked so that unit will not cool below 72 degrees. This is unacceptable when you have several people trying to prepare for an evening out plus heat from washer/dryer. Back bedroom very poorly ventilated with no fan. Key process is a pain from having to pick up at a different location from where you are staying to having to return it to that location. Doors need to be updated to a code system. One key per unit not acceptable. I understand this is a HOA rule but the condo owners pay into that HOA and should have more of a say in decisions. This condo worked for a quick weekend getaway but I would not stay here again on a longer trip.

Water II 701 not up to par!

This home has a lot of potential but needs to have a good serious deep cleaning. The washer, dishwasher, screen door, was all broken and not functioning when arrived. The washer was giving an error code and the dishwasher ended up flooding the kitchen, as the door was very difficult to shut therefore didn’t seal correctly. The door locks on entry and balcony were broken which was a concern because we had small children. I notified Vacasa and they sent someone out to repair the washer, dishwasher, and door locks as well as address the cleaning issues. The repairman showed and fixed the washer by pulling it out and unplugging it from the wall. We continue to have to do this at least 3 other times. They said they would have to get a part for the dishwasher and would be back Monday however it had been installed wrong not allowing the door to close properly. I inquired again mid week and a repairman called me to let me know someone would need to let him in the building, which wasn’t a problem. Never heard back from this person to schedule a time. The couch had a very bad body odor to it and we had to place a blanket over the left side to prevent the smell. The master bath had mold around the tub, no shower curtain, cob webs hanging in corners. The vent in the kitchen had mold around it as well. None of these issues was addressed during our stay. This is vacation…you shouldn’t have to worry about this kind of stuff while on vacation. Just ridiculous!

It was clean, great ocean view, pools were great, great and easy beach access. The appliances need updated. The dryer tore our clothes up and would not dry clothes as it should. We also did not have enough clean towels/wash clothes for each of our guests to use prior to washing them.
