We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The ocean view was absolutely breathtaking and made every morning and evening feel special. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony while looking out over the water was the highlight of our trip. The condo was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was the perfect place to unwind and make wonderful memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway!

Great stay, however had to request linens at check in, dishes in cabinets needed to be cleaned before using, no Kleenex.

This property was perfect for our family! The condo was very clean, and we absolutely loved the location and the beautiful views. There is currently a house being built just outside the balcony, so the view is a little different from what is shown in some of the photos. That being said, we barely heard any construction noise while inside the condo, which was a nice surprise. The staff was also wonderful. Everyone we encountered, from security to the grounds staff, was incredibly kind and welcoming. The only small issue we experienced was with the dishwasher. I called to let them know it wasn’t working properly but didn’t receive a call or email back, which is why I gave three stars for communication. While that was a little disappointing, it certainly didn’t take away from our overall stay.Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful vacation and made some great family memories here. We truly enjoyed our stay!

May never stay anywhere else!

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room for the kids to play, and the beds were super comfortable. Best part though.. definitely the HUGE corner balcony!! When we weren’t on the beach or in the pool (which was great!), we were soaking in the view from the balcony. Huge plus that it was a lower level condo - perfect with small children! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay overall\! The location was great because it was away from the busiest tourist areas, and the beach was beautiful. One thing to note is that there is construction taking place next door to the condo ( we had a corner balcony so the construction was literally right by us )It wasn’t mentioned in the listing, so work began early each morning. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but future guests may want to be aware. The pool was nice, and I highly recommend staying on floors 1–6 since they have access to a separate elevator. It was fast and made getting to and from the room much easier. The only area that could use some improvement is the kitchen. We’ve stayed in many condos over the years, and this was the least equipped kitchen we’ve experienced. A few inexpensive additions would make a big difference, such as:- Kitchen towels/dishcloths . (there was only one provided)- A pizza pan- Pot holdersOverall, we had a good stay and would recommend this condo, especially for anyone looking for a quieter beach location.

Thank you for taking the time to review Watercrest 402. We’re glad you enjoyed the quieter location, beautiful beach and pool — and appreciate the helpful tip about floors 1–6 and the separate elevator. We apologize for the construction noise and that it wasn’t noted in the listing. Thank you for bringing this to our attention — we will update the listing to make future guests aware of nearby construction and possible early-morning work. Thank you also for the kitchen feedback. We will add more kitchen towels/dishcloths, potholders, and a pizza pan, and will review our inventory to ensure the kitchen is better stocked. We appreciate your recommendations and hope to welcome you back to Watercrest 402.

The condo unit was as described, and it was clean. Communication was excellent. The staff at Watercrest was incredibly helpful and kind. My family of 6 had enough space in the condo unit as well. The beach chair rental was an amazing amenity. We enjoyed the location as the area does not have the heavy traffic that you encounter in other areas. We were close to some great restaurants and the Public is a short distance. The location also makes it easy to drive to St. Andrews State Park which I highly recommend. The Watercrest does not still have a sauna although the listing says it does. I checked with staff who confirmed it was removed a few years ago. Additionally, the mattresses in the master bedroom and the bunks were not very comfortable for us. We even rotated the mattress on the master bedroom and still found it uncomfortable. Overall, the unit is as described and provided all we needed despite the mattress situation. We would come back again and use the host again. We love the Watercrest and this area of PCB.

We appreciate your thoughtful comments and look forward to welcoming you back to Watercrest 402.

Amazing Time!

This trip was a girls trip for me, my daughter and daughter in law for our yearly Girl's Trip. From the moment we arrived we loved this room! Perfect location and it looks just like the pictures. The bedrooms are large and very roomy. I stayed in the king bedroom and the bed was extremely comfy and bathroom was big! I had my own sliding door to go out on balcony also. The view of the ocean was amazing. I loved the covered parking also. This end of the beach was less crowded and we loved that! Would definitely stay here again!

Mitzie, Thank you for the 5-star review. We wish you had let us know about these issues during your stay. If we had known, we would have sent someone to assist you. Many modern homes have a light switch that controls the outlets and we suspect this is why some of yours didn't work. We will take an inventory of the kitchen and a look at the dishwasher at our next opportunity. We hope you enjoyed some time on our beautiful beaches and had a safe trip home. Thank you for choosing RealJoy.

some good some bad...

We loved the ocean view, proximity to the beach and the onsite chairs; however, from that end of the building one CANNOT see the sunrise of sunset from the room. Parking fees for a condo that HAS assigned parking...Outrageous host fees. Parking fees, Host fees and taxes exceeded the cost of the condo.Loved the place but NOT the cost!

Wonderfully beautiful condo!

Every single thing about our condo and our experience was A+ except one thing. There was a bull dozer type huge vehicle moving sand right outside our balcony (we were on the 4th floor) so in the morning and through the afternoon we heard metal hitting the ground and banging and that lovely "beep beep beep beep" when the vehicle went backward or forward. This has nothing to do with the owners or mgmt. of the property, it was just a little unfortunate part of the timing of our stay. Restated...the rest of the experience was BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN, and as CLASSY as can be.

Great ocean view

If you want a nice clean updated place to stay this is it. The view of the beach was awesome! Comfortable beds and large balcony. The balcony doors open up and there are screen slides, great for being able to hear the beach. My only complaint would be there are no curtains on the balcony doors in the living room. Would be nice to close at night so people can't see in. Thanks for a great weekend.

Overall we were disappointed

I have mixed feelings writing this review. Overall we just left this property disappointed. We rented for a month and ended up leaving a week early. If you do rent for a month, be sure to check your fees. We were surprised to pay almost $1000 in fees. Some fees were added after the contract is signed. Just be sure to look for fine print (I missed it somehow) know what you are paying. While the property management group did respond very well to issues we encountered, we were still left with the feeling that we shouldn’t have had these issues to begin with. The mold is an ongoing problem. The cleaning staff is not trained to handle such a problem. I figured since other reviewers had issues with this it would be solved by our trip. Not the case. The fridge water/ice dispenser had very thick mold on it. Like up in it so you might use it without noticing. Not good. The bathrooms had mold that we kept cleaning and it would come back about every week or so. The washer seal is very dirty and moldy. The dryer had a problem where it caught several of our clothes and ripped or snagged them. This was also a known issue according to the maintenance tech. Property mgmt responded promptly and sent someone out who knew he couldn’t do anything. They apparently then were waiting to see if the owners would replace the dryer. We were told they ordered a part and would get it fixed. Another week went by and nothing. I texted to check and the response was they hadn’t heard anything from the appliance repair company. I feel like that should’ve been property mgmts job to check on that. Not mine. We checked out before any dryer repair was done so not sure it did. Prop mgmt did send us a check to compensate for our ruined clothes and paid for us to send our laundry out to laundry mat. We certainly appreciated that but feel this known issue should’ve been taken care of to save us the hassle on our vacation. We also had dirty sheets which we didn’t discover until getting into bed late our first night. Not cool. Cleaning crew came the next today to replace. Appreciate it but really uncomfortable first night of vacation. The heat also didn’t work and it got a little cold in January. Mgmt responded and got it working very quickly! A good win on that one. Overall, yes prop mgmt responded quickly but just left with feelings this could’ve been much better had the known issues been dealt with and cleaning crew better trained.

Property was beautiful. Beautiful view. Beds were clean and comfortable. Has the most comfortable furniture I've had in a condo rental. Communication with rental services was easy and fast.
