This Beautiful Boutique townhome has 4 bedrooms with each bedroom having its own full private bathroom. Perfect place to get ready for a night on Broadway or a perfect place to host a small celebratory event. You will be impressed by the sophistication, style and design of this beautiful boutique townhome.

Exactly What We Needed

This property was perfect. Check in and out was a breeze. Very clean and a great property for 6 adults. Very short Uber to Broadway! Would definitely stay here again!!

The place was beautiful in a less than favorable neighborhood only reason there aren't 5 stars. It is safe during the day but saw several homeless people around the area at night. Parking was limoted and TIGHT. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. No tubs, all showers (they feel great) that needs to be mentioned.Communication was great and easy to reach at all times. 9/10 I would stay again, the multiple homeless individuals is the major drawback.

Our group of 8 had a great time. The place was clean and loved that the 4 bedrooms each had their own bathroom. Made getting ready easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was great. Bathrooms in each of the 4 bedrooms. Water pressure was phenomenal! Place was great. Parking was a little tight but acceptable. Only issue was the location. It was a bit out of the way but not a big deal (1.5 miles from broadway st)

Overall Very Nice Place

The property is very nice, modern and clean. Comfortable beds and nice amenities provided. However, if you bring a group, the hot water heater is undersized for the property. Most of us had just a few minutes of hot water that turned cold quickly. I messaged the host and he quickly sent maintenance, but the maintenance employee just told us "that's the way it is". I for one HATE cold showers, so this was a big negative for me that I wish I had known before booking. I think it is something that could be fixed. The neighborhood is not the best either. Overall, okay but would look elsewhere for our next trip to Nashville.

It’s a nice rental. The place was clean. The beds were good. Only bad part was living area was uncomfortable and too small for a 4 bedroom, and the neighborhood is a little sketchy.

Great Location - Nice & Clean

We had a great weekend in Nashville. The property is close to everything you want to do in downtown. It was an easy check in and the place was very clean. The parking is tight, as we had a suburban but it was nice to have off road parking as an option. We would stay again!

Beautiful Modern Contemporary Home

While the home is lovely, please note it will accommodate 8 people for sleeping, but it definitely will not accommodate 8 for seating!! The dining table has 5 chairs, the living area has a love seat, 2 chairs, and a bench. Definitely not feasible seating for 8 people. Beds are comfortable, Mr. Jenkins provides anything else you may need. As previous reviews stated, keep in mind the towel situation; and we stayed Thursday-Monday and did not see any "armed guards" outside of the property at any given time. We enjoyed our stay overall!

Great experience

It was a nice place, beautiful in fact. There’s an option for a party bus for an additional fee that if we spent more time in Nashville, we would’ve used. Had a good time.

Great place for a group of couples

Beautiful place! We enjoyed having separate bedrooms/bathrooms. Great for a group of couples. There are some Things that need to be fixed, but nothing that spoiled our stay.

Great Place

It was a very nice place! Every room has its own bathroom which was nice for everyone. It is not close to downtown Nashville. But Ubers were always quick and efficient. Very clean and well kept place.

Awesome Property in Nashville

I was on a trip with 3 work friends and we could not have been happier or more comfortable anywhere! The floors are beautiful - look like a bowling ball! :) The kitchen was well equipped, living room comfortable and dining room sat all 4 of us comfortably. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were sizeable. Such a bonus having 4 and 1/2 bathroms! So beautifully decorated and very clean. Space might be a little tight for more than 4 people but certainly workable. As for location, it was close enough to everything we wanted to do - Uber service was excellent. We never waited for than 2 minutes and location is less than 15 minutes from the airport. Outside lighting was great and water pressure in the condo was amazing. I highly recommend this property!

Amazing place!!! (But cold showers!)

Everything was perfect, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, clean, comfy place. BUT they need a bigger water heater for a 4 bedroom place…. Only reason not 5 star! We had very few hot showers with 7 people!

Bathroom for every room and and extra off the kitchen was great for our group

Property was beautiful and just as pictured. There is an outdoor area with a veranda and grill that was not advertised that we greatly enjoyed! Deron was a great host and provided an awesome team including security. This property was great for our group, as each room had their own bathroom and shower along with a half bath off of the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for groups not minding being off the main stip.

Clean and Great Layout

Great place for 4 couples, we all had our own master bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean and DeRon was very prompt at responding to any inquiries. Having the armed security around the grounds at night was also great.
