The original listing stated there was a grill,there was no grill on site nor was there a griddle like shown in the pictures.We asked and they offered a 50 refund or told us we could leave for a full refund,neither was acceptable,they should have let us know before hand.They did bring a tiny grill the next morning.The furniture outside was filthy, there was mud on the tables,exterior doors were also nasty.All inside lights were full of dead bugs,the ceiling fan cord in 2nd bedroom was missing so we couldn’t run the fan,the shower curtain was molded,the exterior electric outlets didn’t work so we couldn’t run a fan outside,the outlets inside kitchen wall didn’t work,the electrician came without the owners asking what a good time would be so I ended up having to work with the electricians (I had teenager girls and would have scheduled them to come after they were dressed and had their personal things picked up from the bathroom). The listing stated “sleeps 8”.There were 2 king beds and a blow up mattress and NO PILLOWS BLANKETS OR BEDDING for the air mattress.We had to go to dollar general at 8:30 at night when we realized it and buy all new bedding so my daughter would have somewhere to sleep,not even a throw blanket in the unit.Smoke detector beeped for 2 nights and no batteries in unit,no light bulbs,porch fans did not work, no Tupperware to store food. The owners know we had to purchase bedding and didn’t offer to reimburse.I worked more than I was able to vacation.
