Pier House! Beautiful Beachfront Condo!

Pier House condo complex is located on the beautiful beach in Indian Rocks. This is one of the most sought after locations in IRB. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is directly overlooking the gulf. We are walking distance to shopping and numerous restaurants-Crabby Bills, PJ's Oyster Bar, Jake's Coastal Cantina, and the Kooky Coconut. Our unit is beautifully furnished with a king sized bed in the master bedroom and queen bed in the second bedroom. Our sofa is a pull-out for extra sleeping space. Each bedroom includes dresser, nightstand/s and cable TV. The heated pool is directly on the beach surrounded by palm trees, tropical flowers and lush landscaping for privacy. Watch the sunset from the beach, the pool or from our private balcony. We have high speed wireless internet, assigned covered parking space with additional guest parking as well as a locked elevators and stairwells for security. This 25-unit condo development is located directly on the gulf. WE HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR YOUR NEXT BEACH VACATION.

Large condo with unique (good!) floorplan. Beautiful views from the huge deck. Friendly and available host. Would definitely go back. We love Indian Rocks Beach.

Spectacular Gulf Front Condo!

This condo is perfect! The view and large balcony can’t be beat. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. The beach is beautiful! There’s plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. I would not pass up an opportunity to stay in this lovely 2BR condo. We hope to return.

1st Visit to Indian Rocks Beach

Really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Very comfortable. Beautiful sunset views and were able to walk to anywhere: deep sea fishing, jet skis, restaurants and bars. Very memorable trip. Host was very good at responding. Nice having Walmart delivery and close to CVS.

Amazing location

2nd time staying and it was perfect. The pool is great, view amazing, clean condo with everything we need and new furniture! We love being able to walk places and how close it is to the beach we could go back-forth to pool, beach, condo, shops! We will be back again !!

Exceeded our expectations

The condo was very clean. The ocean front view was tremendous. The condo was stocked with many items we would normally have to purchase (condiments, spices, soaps, trash bags, for example). When any issue came up, the owner responded in minutes and resolved it. We couldn't be happier with our choice to stay at Pier House #102.

Best place ever

This property is perfect and the location is great. I went with my wife, daughter, son-inlaw and 10 month old baby. It was very spacious and very clean. The view is beautiful from the large balcony.. Nicole was awesome to deal with and was always a text away if I had a question. We will be going back to thus gem.

Absolutely beautiful!

The unit is exactly as pictured. The large patio, was my favorite place to enjoy morning coffee and sunset wine. Great location. Great beach. Beat pool. The owner was so nice and responds to questions right away. Can’t wait to come back.

Delightful condo and location

We loved our 2 week stay at this lovely location. Spacious, everything we needed, comfortable furnishings--loved the variety of living room seating. Pier House is a well-kept, attractive building with extra large balconies, a beautiful pool area, and a quick walk through the natural sea grass dune to the beach. Another quick walk across the street took us to several good restaurants and the largest ice cream store in the country every evening (over 100 flavors of really good ice cream). Several more excellent restaurants within a short drive. We appreciated the lower intensity of the area compared to the busier beaches to the south. The owner, Nicole, was great to work with and we would highly recommend staying in this beautiful condo.

Beautiful beachside condo

In a perfect spot in Indian Rocks Beach. Quiet but night life close by. Condo is well furnished and clean. Pool is nice and beach access is immediate. Loved our trip.

Friends’ Tampa visit

Pier House was perfect for our stay with direct beach access and walking distance to many dining options as well as the trolley which was outside our door. Nicole equipped the condo with everything we needed for the beach / pool and kitchen. The view from the unit gave us a beautiful sunset every evening! We would return in a minute!!

Terrific Location

We had a great time at Pier House, it was exactly as described, clean and cute and ready for us. Great location the beach is awesome and there are all different kinds of food options from 1 to 5 stars right out the door. Property Manager was there to help at anytime from booking to check in to check out. We will be back.

Great location and ocean view

This is a beautiful condo in the perfect location. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The view of the ocean and sunsets from the balcony are spectacular. The condo complex itself is well maintained and generally quiet with a large pool. Our family had a great stay!

Very nice

The condo and the location was great. The condo size was nice, and the view is awesome, especially at sunset. Lots of restaurants to walk to or just a short drive. The owner checked with us after arriving to make sure everything was just right. Nice touch. Thanks for a great two weeks.

We've traveled all over the world and our beach is the most beautiful that we've seen. We've owned a rental property in IRB for the past 8 years and recently upgraded to this beautiful oceanview condo. Hope you love it as much as we do!

We love our condo because of its location. It is the most beautiful beach and so relaxing. Across the street are 3 of our favorite bar/restaurants Crabby Bill's, PJ's Oyster bar, and Jake's Mexican Cantina. You can park your car for the week and we have everything you need for a perfect vacation.
