This 30A vacation rental features spacious accommodations for six, offering two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. It is an incredible choice for any kind of small group getaway with friends or family. The first floor of the bungalow contains a cozy living room, a dining area, and a kitchen. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all of the appliances and cookware you will need to stay in and create delicious meals during your vacation. The second floor is home to the master bedroom suite, while flat-screen TVs and DVD players can be found in the living room and master bedroom. Relax on your private patio or balcony and breathe in the salty air while enjoying the peaceful beach atmosphere of Seagrove Beach, Florida.

Enjoyable stay at Coastal Bungalow

My husband, my two boys, and I really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and a short walk to the beach, very easy to get to.

Vacation

Very clean and close to the beach! We had problems with our code not working when we first arrived, but they were quick to get me a new code and it worked great the rest of the time! Loved our stay!

Amazing bungalow

The bungalow was so well taken care, clean and welcoming. Close to shopping and restaurants. The one issue we had for owners is that the refrigerator had a strong fish smell inside. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Beach Cottage

Enjoyed our stay off of 30A & next to Seaside and Watercolor. New cottage, good size for a couple or small family or 4 friends. Walking distance to the beach & other amenities. Property management was attentive & helpful.

Cute bungalow

This property was as described and near the pool. The view from the balcony is of the courtyard and other bungalows. The property is easy a walk to the beach, but the public beach area where we were allowed to set up was a small area and crowded. We opted to drive to Grayton Beach State Park where it was much less crowded. The property was clean and perfect for our family of six.

Erroneously charged

The condo was fair. Furnishings ie bed was not comfortable , furniture was cheap, and just fair overall. We stayed at another condo last summer and were very please. Then upon returning home , I got an e-mail from Southern vacation saying we were responsible for the extra cleaning for dog hair, including pics of the hair pile. Interested enough, we own a black dog that was boarded at our vet. We never saw any dog hair while we stayed there but obviously it had to have been swept under some furniture which tells me the condo wasn’t cleaned properly to begin with. I’m very disappointed with this situation and how they charged for a pet we never had So good luck dealing with this company.

Great Family Vacay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bungalows. Having the bunk beds and queen in the second room was perfect for our family of 5. Access to the pool was convenient for our 3 active boys. The walk to the beach was as expected, and it was really convenient to have the outside hose at the house to clean off all of our beach toys (and kids). Parking was easy and convenient to our bungalow. For the beach access at the end of Somerset, we weren’t prepared for the 3 flights of stairs at the end of the boardwalk and having no ramp. We had a better game plan for the wagon and all the beach gear after that first day, but definitely weren’t prepared for it on day one. Overall we loved the location and had a great stay.

Cute bungalow at the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute bungalow community in Seagrove. The house was a great size and layout for our family. Our young boys loved the bunk beds! The community pools were great, always clean and never too crowded. We had cooler weather so we spent a lot of time in the hot tub. The walk to the beach is really easy for adults or older kids, but we choose to drop off one adult and kids at the beach access with our gear and then drive back and walk in. There are quite a few steps at the end of the beach access walkway so be prepared if you bring a wagon or lots of gear. We loved all the shops, restaurants and chill atmosphere of 30A. Property was as listed and communication was easy with property management. House lacked any personal touches of a privately owned home but we weren't expecting anything more due to the listing. We would love to return!

Won't be back

Pros: very clean, cute and good location Cons: No garbage disposal; only two serrated knives, we had to keep washing them over and over again; only two lids for the set of pots and pans, one for the smallest pot and one for the biggest pot, no lids for medium size pots/pans; if you want to check out past 9:00am, you have to pay extra which I thought was ridiculous and not customer friendly. Every property we've ever stayed in had a 10:00am checkout or 11:00am at the latest. And even then, if you ask for a later checkout they'll accommodate you if possible and not charge a fee. Also, a man knocked on our door, didn't identify himself and said he needed to change the batteries for the entry keypad. I was a little surprised/skeptical because that had never happened during our stay in other properties. After he left I contacted the management company and asked if he worked for them/was he legit? They texted back and told me he worked for them and he was actually the property manager. I would've preferred being contacted beforehand to let me know he was coming instead of showing up unannounced. He never said he was the property manager and wasn't wearing a shirt and/or badge that identified himself as an employee.
