Newly Renovated in 2024! Steps from the Beach! Beach Gear Included!

Newly renovated spacious townhome located in the heart Seagrove Beach right along the famous County Highway 30A! Quick 3 minute walk from our front door to the Sugar White Sand and Emerald Waters. Walking distance to nearby shops, restaurants, and experiences. We're minutes to Seaside, The Big Chill, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and Grayton Beach. Cassine Gardens offers fabulous amenities which include two outdoor pools, nature trails, 2 tennis courts and a half court basketball court!

Our townhome can accommodate up to 6 guests and features a reverse floorplan with 2 bedrooms downstairs and 1 full bathroom. A Half bathroom is located upstairs off of the living area.

In the Master you will find a king size bed equipped with a plush King mattress. This room sits just off of the private downstairs patio with access to the laundry room.

The guest room includes a full bed with a new hybrid memory foam mattress and brand new twin over twin bunks!

The kitchen is equipped to prepare all of your favorite family meals and is complete with a spacious refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, blender, toaster, Coffee maker and Keurig, glassware, tableware and cooking and dining utensils! You'll also find a separate dining area that seats up to 4 people. The living area features a smart TV with comfortable seating. When you want to enjoy the fresh ocean air walk out to the balcony located just off of the living room.

When its time to head to the Beach, we've provided 6 Beach Chairs, 2 umbrellas, sand toys and a rolling cooler located in the storage closet outside of the front door.

Wonderful condo for our girls getaway trip! Super clean and plenty of space for 4 adults. Quick communication with the owner. Took about 5 minutes on foot to arrive at the beach. We would stay here again!!

We had a great stay! We had a small inconvenience our first night, but the host was extremely prompt with it and was dealt with early the next morning. She was very friendly and cared about our stay. The location is great and everything was clean! It was relatively quiet. Everything you need is within walking distance. Definitely will come back.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds! Took about 3 minutes from front door to end of board walk (lugging a wagon and a toddler). Pool is very close too! Great amenities. Lots of beach gear- Only would suggest to have some backpack chairs and a better umbrella! Pack n play and gate were great to have with a little one!

Great stay!

Close to the beach. Basic property, but great for the family to cook and hang out while spending most of our time on the beach. Close to shops and restaurants!

Awesome access to beach at an affordable price

The property is a little dated, but who cares. It's clean, it's near the beach, and it's affordable. By affordable, I mean I could have afforded a place that cost several times what this place cost, but I only want to borrow the place, not buy it. I prefer to stay at a place that meets our needs and that I take good care of for the next family that feels the same way. Voilà ! Merci beaucoup !

Wonderful Stay!

It was an awesome stay here! The place was very clean and I did not see any bugs at all. This is Florida, so very impressed! The home was very comfortable for my family and a lovely community. Everyone we met were so kind and helpful here. The location was perfect and close to everything. The 30a biking route was right behind us and so was the beach. You could probably just park your car and ride your bike everywhere and go exploring. There was so much to do here and so many state parks to see. Love all the beach communities on the 30a bike path. It's such a way of life here and so beautiful. Can't wait to see it again!

Just what we needed!

Our family of 4 loved this place. Everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach, pool access very close, and several dinner/dessert options within walking distance.

May Get Away

The property was very clean and well stocked, although the promised soap in the bathrooms was not there. Currently, there is a lot of seaweed on the beach and that means that it was not as lovely as it usually is. Some big pluses include walking distance to Goatfeathers seafood market, and the nature trail on the property.

Family vacation

So our overall stay was pretty good ! We loved the location and being so close in walking distance to restaurants and beach! I was a little disappointed in the pots and pans selection. They really needed a larger frying pan. I was a little sad that it was only 1 and half bath. The toilets were a little difficult and had to be plunged a few times. But overall our stay was good .

Cute, Clean, Close to the beach

This property is everything it claims in the description and worked fine for me, my wife, and our three girls. It was clean and very close to the beach. Be aware that there is a high-rise condo complex on the beach front and therefore the beach can get very crowded. This is a good option for those on a budget!

Great Getaway

Greatly enjoyed our first vacation in over a year. The unit came as advertised. We enjoyed the great location and short walk to the beach. Response from the owners was always very timely and helpful. Would book again!

If you ever need a break from the beach our quaint neighborhood is nestled right near the Point Washington Forest. There is a half mile trail that's worth exploring. Perfect for a morning or evening stroll!

You will also have access to 2 pools, Tennis/Pickleball courts and a half court basketball court.
