Recién decorado con temas locales de playa, este bungalow seguramente complacerá. Acogedor rincón comedor + barra de asientos. Televisores de pantalla plana en los dos dormitorios y sala de estar. Conveniente 1er piso medio baño w / lavandería. ¡Todo el equipo de playa + bicicletas incluidas! Cocina totalmente equipada completa con máquina de margarita. ¡Máquina de hielo, lavaplatos y parrilla eléctrica para cocinar al aire libre! El dormitorio principal cuenta con cama queen, baño con ducha a ras de suelo. Segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales w / baño completo. Ambos se abren al balcón. Sofá cama Queen en el salón. El tamaño perfecto y una ubicación maravillosa enclavada entre la ciudad de Panamá y el destino (20 min. Cada camino). Maravillosos restaurantes / tiendas cerca, ¡no necesitas coche! Hermosas dunas y lagos rodean esta área y el sendero para bicicletas se extiende por 30a a través de todas las pintorescas comunidades de playa (Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Grayton Beach, etc.)

Another great stay

A great, clean bungalow. Really enjoyed staying here again, especially with the small pool right outside the door. The bungalows are in a great location, close to the beach and walking distance to various restaurants and shops.

This was our second time staying at this property. It’s a quick and easy walk to the beach, has a great swimming pool and one small pool right outside its front door, has bikes and beach gear. It’s just comfortable and was perfect for us.

Great Bungalow

A great bungalow that is warmly decorated with a beach theme. The bungalows are a 5 min walk to the beach and have nice pools to relax in after the beach.

Relaxing & comfortable

We loved the bikes and the pool right in front. Very cute area and very quiet and private location. Everything was PERFECT! Beach right at the end of a quiet street, bikes were perfect to get to Seaside. Everything was super easy! We hope to return again to this unit!!!!

Perfect little bungalow!

This was the perfect place for my toddler son and I to have a little getaway together! It was quiet and clean, and we enjoyed the small pool right outside. Our host was helpful and quick to respond. We’d love to return!

Great place to stay!

The house was perfectly decorated and everything was in good working order. The only negative things were some dishes were put away dirty and there was only one beach towel and no paper goods. All in all a great place to stay. We would love to stay again.

Cozy, peaceful, comfy

It was a beach perfect home! Exactly what we needed for a little pit stop on the way home and visit to the beach. Owner was very sweet. Home was so beautiful. Pool right out front was relaxing after the drive. Beach was literally straight down the road. Had a book inside with almost anything and everything information wide inside. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Family Friendly Beach House

My wife and young daughter spent a long weekend here and absolutely loved it. The house had all the amenities we needed plus had multiple pools on site. It was about a 7 minute walk to public beaches and close to lots of shops and restaurants. We hope to be back in the future!

Very comfortable, easy walk to beach

The property was clean, comfortable, and adorably decorated. When the Gulf was too rough to swim (double red flags the whole week) the property pools were easily accessible and very cooling. Overall wonderful.

Great trip!!

My husband & I stayed for a wedding in June and absolutely loved the bungalow. The pictures don't do the place justice. It was very clean and had everything you needed for the beach. There is no need to bring beach chairs, towels, etc. The owners were wonderful to work with. We definitely plan on staying with you guys again. Thanks for making it a great trip!

1-week stay at Seagrove Beach

The bungalow was perfect. short walk to beach. properly equipped - everything worked. good, clear instructions for property and checking out. We're not a big fan of the 'Private Beach' areas which are new since our last visit. But the beach and water were great. Both Pools & hot tub at Bungalow great also!

We loved the bungalow. Beach theme decorations were beautiful. Nice to have beach chairs, umbrella, and towels available. The kitchen was great if you wanted to cook and eat in, which we chose not to do. Loved the area, lots of things to do when you aren't at the beach. Bikes and bbq grill too. Thanks for a great week, hoping we can do it again this year.

This property is perfectly located! We have been looking for a couple of years from Destin to Appalachicola & this was our 1st trip to the quaint beach communities of South Walton. We fell in love with this 'park like' setting so close to the beach! We could not believe we actually found a bungalow available to be purchased! The bungalows offered everything we were looking for- perfect size, excellent amenities, on-going events all year long, charming community w/ excellent restaurants, shopping, golf but most importantly- half block to the beach! I'm usually not an 'ocean swimmer but the water here is crystal clear & you can see all the way down to the white sand.

Location!!! Nestled perfectly between destin & panama city beach away from the crowds in a beautiful natural environment surrounded by parks, lakes & dunes and we can walk right out of the bungalow to the infamous 'emerald coast' to watch the most beautiful sunsets over the white sandy beach ! Cottage is comfortable & the perfect size! Wonderful selection of restaurants, leisure activities to please all ages.
