This 1500 sq. ft. home is all on one level (2 steps down to master bedroom w/ King Size bed). 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 singles. Sleep up to 6. All hardwood and tile floors, high ceilings, updated kitchen, newer appliances and includes WIFI. Pets welcome on a case by case basis (*). Located in gated country club community on Lake Conroe w/ swimming, Tennis, Golf. and a full service club house. Close to many businesses/restaurants. Very convenient for those extended business meetings or longer term stays. Vacations are perfect here for fun, excitement or just plain relaxation.

Lovely Place

We really enjoyed our stay in April Sound. The location was great. The house was just lovely. Lenny and Ivonne provided everything thing that we needed and were very responsive. The snacks were a nice touch. I would highly recommend this location. We will be back next year!

Great Place, owners and location

Stayed two weeks for my son's baseball camp. Very convenient. Great amenities. Huge washer/dryer was very helpful for all his dirty workout clothes. The swimming pool was nice after a hot/hard days workout. David and Paula were very helpful with all kinds of recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location

The property was exactly as advertised, and served our needs well. Our family was in Montgomery for a funeral, and this propert served us well as a gathering point after the service. The only have two slight complaints: temperature and wasps. We complied with the host’s wishes to keep the thermostat at 72, but the room temperature was in the upper 70s. Also, there was a large active wasp nest on the entry porch. We did not see it until my grandson was stung multiple times. I realize that can happen anywhere, and thankfully, he had no allergies. The back deck was very comfortable with nice shade. Luckily, there was a good breeze, so we were able to flow into that space as well.

Perfect accommodations

We felt comfortable from the moment we walked into the cute place. Everything we needed was provided. We just needed to show up and relax. Perfect area, perfect stay!

Comfortable Stay

The condo is clean with all the basic needs and comforts of home. They provided several snacks and water on the counter which was very thoughtful. The kitchen has all cooking supplies plus extras and staples that some properties we've rented don't provide. The beds were comfortable and towels were soft. We could have used more wash cloths though (only two provided). The only negative issue was the noisy power plant next door that was being serviced with a semi/generator that ran most of the day and night and when it backed up it beeped loudly otherwise the backyard view was nice and others stated it was a quiet stay. We had family's homes to visit nearby, so it wasn't too bad since we were not there alot. Would not hesitate to stay again if in the area and no generator noise next door.

Clean & Comfy on the Golf Course

Very comfy place. Easy to cook and live in. Nice decor. Great views of golf green. Good beds. Gated community. Host is very hospitable.

Wedding Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend. We traveled to that area for our son’s wedding. The house was perfect for what we needed for a wedding weekend. 10 minutes one way to the rehearsal dinner & about 15 minutes the opposite direction for the wedding venue.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and had a ton of space! Great location and easy check in

We had a wonderful experience here. If we had an issue the owners would text us right back and help us with it. The place was clean and had everything you could need. Highly recommend!

We needed a place while in between buying and selling our home. This place was perfect! Roomy, clean, quiet, well stocked, and pet friendly. Great neighborhood- great places to walk/run. Great area for the kiddos! Would stay again!

Extremely Accommodating Owner

My family and I stayed at this property due to our mandatory evacuation from Hurricane Laura. After a few nights in a hotel we moved to this property to make things easier on our family. The owner was extremely accommodating and the property was as described in the listing. April Sound was a beautiful area and had all the stores and restaurants we needed close by. Kitchen was well stocked and there is a nice view of the golf course from the deck.
