When booking this property, the amenities of our Country Club membership are extended to our guests. You can enjoy the 3 pools, adult hot tub, and newly reconstructed cabana at the April Sound Swimming Pool for a fee. You will also enjoy access to the Club Fitness Room and April Sound Pheonix Grill (restaurant that overlooks the water; access to restaurant included, all food and beverage purchases must be paid by guest). There are two large parks located in April Sound, both with new equipment and large open spaces for soccer, basketball, and a baseball diamond.

Club Information for pool and Country Club access:
Temporary Access Cards The Club will create and make available at the Club’s reception desk a temporary access card for all Renters listed on the Renter Access Agreement. Each adult Renter (18 or older) must provide an approved photo ID at the reception desk and complete any Club-required documents. The Renter Fee will then be billed to the Sponsoring Member’s account at the Club.

Renter Fees Weekend charge (up to three consecutive days, but does not have to be over the weekend) • For a Family of up to five people (two adults and three children under the age of 23) = $165 • Each additional family member under the age of 23 = $20.• Each single adult = $65.

Weekly charge (four to seven consecutive days) • For a Family of up to five people (two adults and three children under the age of 23) = $220. • Each additional family member under the age of 23 = $30. • Each single adult = $90.

*Your stay is located in the beautiful and exclusive April Sound community, a private country club neighborhood that offers a secure and serene environment. Upon arrival, all guests will need to check in with security at the main gate to enter the neighborhood. This ensures a peaceful and safe experience for all residents and visitors.
We kindly ask that you provide the names of all guests (first and last) in advance for a smooth check-in process. Once inside, you’ll be surrounded by the charm and tranquility of this sought-after lakeside community.

*The person making the reservation must be present for the entire stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted. The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and is responsible for all guests and compliance with house rules. We do reserve the right to terminate the reservation without refund if this house rule is broken.

* We hope you’re looking forward to enjoying our fire pit during your stay. Feel free to bring your own 20lb tank or refill the current one at the property, should it be out. Whichever is more convenient for you. Thank you!

*Please note: we do provide a washer and dryer, but ask the guests to provide their preferred laundry detergents.

*Lilypad is not available during cold month.

*Short-term rental guests are not permitted to bring their own boats into the community entrance. You will have to use a nearby public boat ramp (~3 mile drive).
