Spacious 2 bdrm home near the lake w/ big backyard

This home is perfect for a family or friends getaway. It has a fully stocked kitchen, bbq grill, Smart TVs, wifi, games, washer/dryer, etc. Enjoy the large backyard where you can play games or grab a drink and relax by the fire pit. Across the street is the famous Sam’s Pizza Pub featuring great food and live music. We suggest getting a seat on their back deck overlooking the lake while watching a stunning sunset.

We have four properties at this location that can be reserved individually or you can book all four of them for a larger group that would accommodate 14 guests. This makes an ideal setting for a group that would enjoy having their own space and still be on the same site with your family or friends. (Please send us a message if this is something you are interested in, and we will get you information about the other properties.)

Located just minutes from Central Avenue where all the action is in Hot Springs. Whether you are coming for the lakes, shopping, playing the slots, or experiencing historic downtown, this two bedroom home is a great location with just enough distance from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the natural setting Hot Springs has to offer.

We love a dog friendly property! Owners were incredibly nice and accommodating. More than enough room in unit A and very clean. The location is incredibly convenient. Safe and friendly neighborhood. Would highly recommend!

Nice getaway

We had a wonderful time in Hot Springs for a short little weekend getaway. Brenda was very responsive when we had to contact her regarding a TV update. The 2 bedrooms were nice although we only used the primary bedroom. Couldn't ask for better accommodations and host.

A place for R & R

A place for dogs to get out and almost reminds them of home so they feel comfortable. The colors inside were light & bright which is perfect.

Very nice place to stay

With a family of 5 we were looking for something other than a hotel. We found this listing and it met our needs on multiple fronts. The price was good, there was plenty of space, the location was good. Overall a very enjoyable and comfortable place to stay.

We were happy that the other properties were not rented most of our stay. Otherwise it would have been tight for parking. The house was well supplied and really needed nothing else. I did let Brenda know that the bedroom TV did not work right even after changing batteries. Also there was an odor when we came and we bought a plug in Febreeze and that fixed it.

Great location, clean property, but the problem is we went on a boat tour with JD'S PONTOON CHARTERS, LLC. across the street and the guy literally ripped us off. He was on the phone the whole time and driven circles to the Lake for $500.for 2hrs

It was ok.

I will start by saying the host was quick with communication which was very much appreciated. We were in a rush to find somewhere to stay and they were quick to reach out. The parking situation is an abomination. Had we have been sharing the property with any other guests, I likely would have pulled my hair out. Parking is extremely limited, narrow, precarious to pull out of and full of hazards like pot holes, tree roots and the like. The road out front is extremely busy and dangerous. Pulling out of the parking situation on to it is hazardous at best. Inside the home, there was evidence of numerous water leaks in the ceiling. When it rained hard one night, my bedroom had water all over the floor. This was a safety issue. We are local and were undergoing a renovation. Our biggest need was to make certain our cat had a safe space to go and they provided that. I am grateful. We stayed at this property for 2 weeks. We were told to bring our own toilet paper, paper towels, etc. I’ve stayed in hundreds of these rentals over the years, sometimes for a month at a time, and have never needed to bring my own paper products. Further, cleaning supplies were not provided. We had to buy dish washer tabs as we were only left two. There was no access to a vacuum or broom. Additionally, most of the dishes in the cabinet were still dirty from previous guests. There are lots of improvements to be made here- including the squeaking floors, but otherwise it’s an ok place to stay.

This condo was amazing! Clean and the rooms were quite large. The backyard was adorable, the location was perfect, and the host was very responsive! My family of 4 had a wonderful stay!

Loved this house!

My husband, 2 teens and I stayed over spring break and had a wonderful time. The location is great, lots of conveniences right in the neighborhood and just a short drive to downtown hot springs and the national park. We cooked out alot while we were there and enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. The owners were on top of it! Any questions I had were answered immediately, the communication was spot on. The house had everything we needed....we made rootbeer floats and were pleased to find an ice cream scoop, homemade pizza and we found a pizza cutter...I forgot my wine bottle opener so I was very happy to see they had one of those too 😁 we will definitely book again when we head back to hot springs!

We first visited Hot Springs in 1988. We loved all the things to do here, from the healing waters of the Hot Springs to Lake Ouachita and Lake Hamilton and everything in between. We almost moved here back then but the plans did not work out at that time. And now, years later, after the death of my husband, my son and I have invested in this beautiful area and we are so happy to share our places with you!

We love this property because it is so unique! You can have a large group traveling together and enjoy being on the same property and also have the option to retreat to the privacy of your own unit. Rent 1, 2, 3 or all 4 units. The outdoor space with the cozy pergolas make this the ideal setting to relax after a long day on the lake.
