Strict Covid-19 Cleaning Rules Used. One block from all things Magnolia! Take a picture in front of those impressive Silos! Buy a cupcake at the bakery. It’s all in walking distance. Have a drink & a burger at The Backyard Stage & Grill or enjoy one of their fun concerts!
***The venue is directly behind our house, so scheduled concerts can be very loud!!! Check out Backyardwaco.com for concert schedule. I can probably get you free tickets upon request!!🤗

Wonderful home. Very close to Magnolia. Lots of food options nearby. The restaurant next door has concerts a few nights a week. Fun to hang out on the back porch and enjoy the free show. Excellent hostess with great communication.

Magnolia Visit

The property was great and within walking distance to Magnolia Farms. Both the Bar and the BBQ joint next door were amazing. I would stay there anytime.

So great!

We booked at the last minute and the hostess was so accommodating and went out of her way to ensure a great stay! The house was so cute and perfect for playing cards around the table and hanging out!

What a great time and location!

Our cousin trip was a great success! The accommodations were great for 6 people. Walking distance to the silos made it even better. The host was so responsive to any question that we had.

Exceptional Stay

Myself and 3 older children stayed. Such a cute house close to everything Waco! The sweetest owner, by far the best communication with a host ever! This would be perfect for family or girls weekend!

Perfect girls’ trip house

Our time at Brazos was AMAZING! The house was super clean, comfortable, adorable and so close to the Silos. It’s in the perfect location and Tracey was an incredible host. She was very communicative and offered suggestions of what to do in Waco. We will stay here again for sure!!

Loved this property!

This house was super cute and in a PRIME location. Literally steps away from The Silos and some great shopping. Also very close to Baylor! The communication with the owner was the BEST. She thought of absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable and easy!

The property was very clean and comfortable. The perfect location for visiting Spice Village and the Silo's. Bonus was the concert on the back porch! So fun!!! Great communication with the home owner. Highly recommended this property!

Perfect for our needs

This house was perfect for our overnight stay after a concert at the Backyard Bar and Grill. Very clean, easy checkin/out, nice backyard are to sit with friends. The host Tracy was excellent! She returned messages and assisted to accommodate our needs.

Great Girls Weekend!!

Great location, the house is within walking distance to Magnolia Market, downtown shops, the Dr Pepper museum and restaurants/bars! Very cute and charming home that had us comfortable and relaxing instantly! The homeowner was great to work with and answered all our questions, plus had some snacks and drinks ready when we arrived! Would definitely book here again!

Walking Distance to all….

Since it was Silobration weekend, we feared traffic jams, and headaches…but this home is so close to the Silos we could walk there and nearby restaurants. Owner was very patient and helpful.

Great host

The property was close to Cameron Park so it worked very well for us. The host replied quickly to every question and went well beyond in making our stay comfortable. She provided snacks and champagne to celebrate my son’s wedding. Truly thoughtful person.

Magnolia Charm!

We brought our Mom to Waco as a Christmas surprise because she always wanted to see the Magnolia Market and Silos. Everything was perfect. This rental was right next door and just the cutest. Perfect for the three of us! Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay for a concert!

Stayed here this past weekend with a group of family and friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. The location could not be more ideal for visiting Magnolia and then taking in a concert. The house is clean and so cozy. The property has been stocked with anything you could need from noise machines in all the bedrooms to extra phone charger cubes! We are already checking the concert calendar to plan our next visit.

Great Waco getaway

The house was very clean and comfortable. Hostess took extra care to make sure guests are safe and feel at home. Communication was never an issue. The house is close to all the fun places to dine and shop in downtown Waco. Hostess was very kind and went out of her way to welcome us and ensure a great weekend.

Wonderful

I was pleasantly surprised to come to the house with yummy cupcakes and champagne and a card for my Bachelorette party. It was very well stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies and basic pantry goods. Beds were very comfy and bedding smelled wonderful. Thank you so much Tracy!!

Live music lovers dream

We gathered to celebrate our Grandsons first birthday, traveling from Minnesota. The home was clean, well stocked and so convenient to The Silos, restaurants, bars and grocery store. There is a fenced in backyard so our 3 year old loved it. The only negative would be the loud music on weekends from the bar in the backyard which was mentioned in the listing so we expected it.

Hospitality at its finest!

The attention to detail to make you feel comfortable and at home is extremely prevalent. From baked goods at arrival to fresh CLEAN towels and linens to cold refreshments in the fridge, nothing was missed to make you feel welcomed. If you're coming for Magnolia, you literally couldn't get any closer. This is the perfect location for the Silos. The ease of access to all things Magnolia is fabulous. The owner was very attentive and available for any questions. I would highly recommend staying here.

GREAT House & GREAT Location!

Excellent location if you are in town to see Magnolia….and the home decor would make Chip & Joanna very proud! The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive! We would absolutely stay here again!
