Mediterranean style open, one level layout surrounded by lush tropical vegetation opens to the veranda and pool in the backyard, while the private front courtyard greets and invites guest to slow down and enjoy indoor/outdoor laid back living perfectly suited for those who are looking to reconnect with one another and enjoy the breeze and sounds of the gulf waves in a feeling of privacy rarely found on 30A.

Two king size bedrooms, and a bunk room are all equipped with luxury white hotel bedding and smart TVs providing restful retreats for all.

The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for $35 per day, or 95 degrees for $55 per day.

Please note that the age requirement policy is 1 parent or guardian over the age of 25 must be staying at the property for every 3 guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled prior to 60 days from arrival = 100% refund minus a $200 processing fee

If cancelled 60 days or less from arrival = 0% refund

RENTAL AGREEMENT, BIKE WAIVER POOL WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF MAKING A RESERVATION OR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED.

No smoking, pets or parties are allowed anywhere on the property.

This home is equipped with front yard exterior cameras for protection of our property and guests. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner's discretion, result in the guest being evicted without a refund.
