Beach Lagoon Villa 309 - location is everything! This beautifully decorated three-bedroom Sea Pines villa is just a short and easy three-minute walk to the beach. As you enter through the private courtyard, you will immediately feel relaxed and on vacation.

Bedroom and Bathroom Configurations:
The main bedroom features a king-size bed, a flatscreen TV, a separate sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa, and a renovated en-suite bath with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
The second guest bedroom features a king-size bed, and the third guest bedroom features two twin beds and a TV. These two bedrooms share access to a bathroom located in the adjacent hall and feature a renovated tub/shower combo.

Beach Lagoon Condi

Loved the layout of the condo and proximity to the beach. Great set up for a young family with lots of living space and a room with two twins bed! Only downside was lack of consumables in the home (for example, the house didn’t have extras of toilet paper, cooking oils, laundry detergent etc.). Would have been nice to not have to run to the store for these things! No beach chairs either, so bring your own. All and all a great location and a great trip!

Great week!

Our family had a wonderful week at Beach Lagoon Villa 309! The bedrooms were set up perfectly. The living areas were a great size, with plenty of seating. The location, on Sea Pines, and ease of access to everything were ideal.

Wonderful place, inconvenient booking dates

We love this condo, this is our third time staying here. Very quick walk to the beach, enough space for our family of five, and very nice furniture and furnishings. Very clean. We just wish there would be more flexibility with dates for booking. Saturday to Saturday can be inconvenient to work around and we would’ve loved to stay a few more days, especially since it was empty the week after us.

Great Stay at a Great Property

We were looking for a property close to the beach to accommodate our young family, yet wanted to remain centrally located in Sea Pines. This property did just that. Short less than five minute walk to the beach, similar walk to the beach club, and easy ride everywhere within Sea Pines. Clean, updated property that would recommend!

Great Week at Hilton Head

This is a great location if you like the beach. Our rental was just a short walk to the beach. If you prefer a pool you will need to drive and park. Property interior is well maintained, light and spacious. Definitely would recommend to anyone with children. We loved that they left games and various books to read during our stay. Vrbo/Vacasa were easy to work with for rental. All contract information and other key information was provided just as promised. Check in was easy. One drawback, we had two families and fortunately we arrived within 20 mins of each other. All residents of the rental need a pass to enter sea pines, so you either arrive together or make sure you leave parking at registration so second group can enter sea pines.

Excellent location

The property location could not have been better. Extremely convenient to the beach! Less than a 5 minute walk. The place was clean and updated. We would definitely stay here again.

Lots of positives

This is the second time we rented this property. It is a very comfortable space and well furnished. The patio is nice and view of the 18th green and pond are amazing. Down side is that it wasn’t as clean as we expected. Mostly the floors. I found a toy under one bed and lots of dust under all the beds. I brought my own Swiffer to clean as we were there several weeks. Would be nice to have more cleaning stuff in the unit. Would also be nice to have a couple of beach chairs. Overall, it’s a great place and super location. We have booked a return trip

Great Location But Needs Major Cleaning

Location was great. Several items to mention... 1. The unit was advertised as being a 5 minute walk to the beach. Due to recent knee surgery, we needed someplace close to the beach. However, the walking bridge over the lagoon was under construction and had been for several weeks (building permit issued early July after we rented the unit). We ended up having to drive over to the Sea Pines Beach Club and fight for a parking spot each day. 2. Unit was extremely dirty and dusty (photos available). Inside of master bedroom comforter has large brown/red stain of unknown origin. Dirty sheets from previous renter were found between one of the twin beds and the wall. 3. Bed in secondary bedroom squeaks every time you move in the bed. 4. Pass for swimming pool was not provided. We were told to go buy one near Salty Dawg Cafe and we would be reimbursed. We did not really want to hassle with this so we ended up not using the pool.

Very comfortable vacation home!

It was close enough to the beach that our 2 year old grandson was able to walk it by himself while holding someone’s hand. The house was very clean and well stocked with most everything we needed or wanted. I would suggest the addition of a drying rack for swim suits and a Keurig coffee pot.

Perfect

Just about everything about the stay was perfect. Started with the location of the property. It’s so close to the beach and the Sea Pines Beach Club. Bike paths were very convenient. The property was very roomy and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. It would have been nice to have more cleaning supplies as we were there for several weeks and wanted to keep the place looking good. A couple of beach chairs might also have been nice. The only other downside was the major road construction That was definitely not the fault of the property. Just bad timing. There is a cupboard with lots of games and jigsaw puzzles and lots of books to read that would appeal to many different interests. We have already rented the villa for a future stay and are looking forward to another great time. Great weather was a bonus.

Perfect Villa.

We just spent 2 weeks at this villa and loved it. Very clean, nicely furnished and lots of room. Kitchen is very well equipped. The beach is as close as described. Less than 5 minute walk via either the beach path or the Beach Club. We used the beach path which put us close enough to the Beach Club for drinks and lunch but just a little more private. No beach equipment so bring your own. We enjoyed morning coffee on the back patio with lagoon and golf course view.

Great location and beautiful villa

Shirt walk to beach which was great with little kids. Plenty of room for 4 adults and three kids. The villa is nicely updated and well stocked. Beautiful location inside Sea Pines with lots to do from the pool, bike paths, club house to ocean. Beach near access was not overcrowded. Nice view of lagoon from back patio with grill. Would definitely rent again.

It was a relaxing retreat with a beachy feel and lots of amenities including books, games, a CD player, plenty of lamps and ceiling fans, and everything in the kitchen from baking pans to a salad spinner. The location was peaceful, picturesque, and very close to the beach. We had a great stay!

Great Place.. a few issues, though...

Wow... Cleaning staff needs help. We spent a few hours cleaning the bathrooms and tile floors before settling in. Kitchen faucet needs replacing, LR TV is on it's last leg, carpeting is in bad shape. Filthy and the tack strips along the tile transitions will kill you when you step in the wrong place with bare feet. Location is great, outside areas are super nice and overall not a bad unit, just needs a few issues addressed to be a great experience.

Great location. Place was not cleaned well prior to our arrival but the rental agency offered to send housekeepers out again. By then, we had already cleaned. Otherwise, a great time!
