Thank you for your review. We’re happy to hear that you enjoyed the home and it’sbeautiful setting. We sincerely apologize for the unexpected plumbing issue during your stay. Once we were notified, we immediately worked to address the problem and had it resolved within several hours. We also arranged for additional towels and complimentary treats to be delivered to help make the situation more comfortable, and we issued a $250 refund as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. Providing a positive guest experience is very important to us, particularly when an unexpected issue arises, and we’re glad we were able to respond promptly and resolve the problem during your stay.

Sunset Hideaway was the perfect gathering for a mom and daughter weekend. Beautiful private location and just a 8 minute drive from downtown South Haven. The house was very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen and wet bar area had many cooking extras. Our host was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of.

Great weekend away for the girls

We had a wonderful get-away weekend for 5 moms. The home is beautiful and just steps away from the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed and we had more than enough room (we all had our own bedroom!) The owner was so friendly and let us know about all the cute shops and restaurants to check out in town. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back again.
