This is a nice beach house with everything you need for a stay at the beach. A short drive to many beach access lanes to the beach, and a good location off of busy roads in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of deck space to lounge and talk to family and friends. We enjoyed our stay.

Great space and location

The house was everything that was promised, it was very clean. It fit our family of 5 perfectly. The only way the locatiokn could have been better is if the house was directly on the beach. We really enjoyed or stay and hope to be back.

Amazing Getaway

This house is amazing and perfect for a family getaway, it is very cozy and truly felt like a home away from home. Sitting on the deck and listening to the waves from the beach or playing games in the living room. This place was everything that my family wanted it to be and more! I would highly recommend staying here!

Close to Everything

This house is perfect for us. 3 Bedrooms, in walking distance to the beach, close to restaurants and mini-golf. It's always very clean and well kept, and the owner is very responsive.

Perfect Location!

We had a fabulous week at Ocean Breeze! The location was perfectly walkable to the beach, and the house had everything we needed for our family of teens and a younger school aged kiddo. We would gladly stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We loved this house and will definitely stay here again. The house is close to everything! We didnt even have to fill up our car once because we could walk to the beach or just had a short drive to anything else we needed. The owners keep the house well stocked with kitchen items, beach stuff (canopy, chairs, toys, cart, etc.), books, and so much more.

Beautiful house, Wonderful location!

The house was perfect!! Our great experience started with excellent communication from the owners. I felt welcome to call them with any problems we may have encountered (though we didn’t need to!). The house was clean and felt very welcoming. The location was the cherry on top- just a block from public beach access. We HIGHLY recommend this property!

wonderful stay

wonderful house. great location, close to whatever you need or want to do. extra bonus was the downstairs fridge. It was nice not to have to carry water bottles upstairs to get cold to take to the beach. Outside shower was great, plenty of space and even a bench! Having the comforts of home made our getaway a great experience.

Relaxed at the Beach

We had a great time at Ocean Breeze. The house was clean and we had plenty of space for our group! The outdoor space on each level along with the backyard were awesome. Terry was responsive with all of my questions and was a great host!

Fabulous home

Great home with an outdoor shower (that I used everyday!). We were attending a wedding at The Constellation, a short walk away, and it was a perfect home to walk back and forth to during the week of festivities.

Great first family vacation!

The house was great! My kids loved all the different sleeping options they had. Having a washer/dryer and the outside shower was so convenient; now must have for any future beach vacations. Awesome location right beside the beach, easily found 2 beach access points on each side of the block. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance (you walk past 3 just on the way to the beach). Dollar Tree is within 5-10 minutes of the house. Now the two issues we had. (Keeping in mind I did contact Terry about these issues before leaving so he was aware. Anytime I had contacted Terry I was contacted back promptly and professionally.) 1. The TVs weren’t smart TVs. You could mirror from your phone in the living room but my iPhone wasn’t compatible with the TV. 2. Very clean for the most part but there were a few questionable things I noticed. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend this location to family and friends. Thanks again for the awesome stay!!!

Stay at Ocean Breeze

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze. The house was very clean and comfortably furnished. The kitchen had everything you would need. The beach was beautiful and only a short walk from the house. It did have a parking lot which came in handy when we had chairs etc. Terry was a wonderful host and was readily available to answer any questions. It's a perfect Outer Banks location, close to many attractions and amenities. It's a perfect house for a family. We would definitely stay there again.

FAMILY REUNION

THIS PROPERTY WAS GREAT! IT HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. PLENTY OF SPACE, A WELL STOCKED KITCHEN, NICE SIZE BEDROOMS AND BATHS, WALKING DISTANCE TO BEACH ACCESS. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT. ABOUT HALFWAY TO COROLLA TO THE NORTH AND CAPE HATTERAS TO THE SOUTH. IF WE GET TO VISIT THE OUTERBANKS AGAIN WE WILL BE CONTATING TERRY AGAIN TO SEE IF THE PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE. Anniversary Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is 3 stories and I told my husband by the end of our trip I will either lose weight or die. Didn’t lose weight but I did get use to the steps and they weren’t a problem at all. The king bed was very comfortable and we will definitely be back.
