In less than 10 minutes you can be in downtown Cape May, Wildwood, Cape May Point, and Cape May Courthouse. Featuring all of the amenities of a private residence, you'll feel at home here!
You'll find several outside spaces, an outside shower, and a public walkway to the Bay that's less than a block from the backyard. Enjoy a luxurious stay with renovated bathrooms, chic and welcoming décor, and lots of parking.

Lovely Home

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Everything we needed was available and it’s a short walk to the quiet bay beach. Be aware that all bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Spacious, comfortable, nicely designed and decorated house.

We are 4 women who are 65+ years old who are looking and very active. We enjoyed drinking coffee or having a drink on the patio while sharing our feelings and stories. We spent the days either at the beach, shopping on Washington St., wine tasting at nearby wineries, and having lunches and dinners at cozy restaurants. We had such a special getaway!

A home-away-from-home at the beach

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely house in a quiet neighborhood that is steps from a beautiful, quiet beach. Everything in the house was coimfortable, spotlessly clean, and felt new and well-cared-for. The kitchen was particularly well-stocked with appliances and cookware, and our kids loved all the games and puzzles. Definitely a wonderful place to stay in every way!

Excellent home for multi-family vacation

The house is new, spacious and well appointed. We used the deck, grill and kitchen for our three families, two with very young children. Easy access to the secluded, bay-side beach, a 4-minute walk, was a real plus, as well as access to Cape May and Wildwood..

The description of the house is very accurate. There are a couple of things that I don’t think were included. Three of the bedrooms (king, queen, full) are on the second floor. There’s a fairly long set of stairs leading to the second floor. The bedroom with 2 twins is on the third floor. Each floor has a full bathroom and the master has a separate bathroom. Speaking of the master bedroom, the king bed is very high. I went to the hardware store to get a step so my wife could climb in to bed. The walk to the bay beach is very manageable. It's @ 1/2 block to the walkway and another couple of hundred yards down the walkway to the stairs down to the beach. The Bay beach is quiet.The Cape May ocean beach is @ 15 minute drive. The Wildwood Boardwalk is @20 minutes.The owners, Neil and Victoria, are very available for any questions or issues. We were in the house for 7 nights. Our family consisted of 4 adults and 2 children (10 & 12). The house was very spacious and comfortable.

Beautiful home, wonderful stay!

My friends and I truly enjoyed staying at this beautiful home in Villas this past weekend. The home was spacious, very clean, within walking distance to the beach, and had a beautiful outdoor area to relax in. Highly recommend!

What a great week!

This property was immaculate with a well stocked kitchen. We had tons of space and 4 big bathrooms. We episode definitely look to rent this again!

Great family vacation spot!

Really enjoyed our stay with our grown kids and grands. The house is beautifully appointed and comfortable with a lovely and well-stocked kitchen. The kids’ bedroom on the third floor was ideal for napping away from chatting adults. The calm water of the bay beach was perfect for toddlers to explore the water and sand safely. The restaurants and shopping in Cape May are close by. It was a terrific week making lots of family memories!

Perfect!

We were looking for a place for 3 families to come together for a weekend event in Cape May. We couldn't have found something more perfect. So clean, so organized, and perfectly appointed, we had plenty of room for everyone and were only 2 miles from our event. The house was a perfect spot to reconvene in the evenings and we thoroughly enjoyed our family time cooking a big breakfast on the last day. Neil and Victoria couldn't have been more accomodating or accessible and were quick to answer our texts. We are so grateful for their help and would definitely use their home again if we find ourseoat the same event next year!

Weekend getaway by the bay

Property is well appointed, very clean and well maintained. Heaps of living space inside the property and outside. Lovely quiet neighborhood and only 10min drive to Cape May beaches. Owners provided a cute welcome package and lots of information about local sites and restaurants! Would definitely come back again!

Beautiful house!

Enjoyed our stay, and would stay again. Very quiet and relaxing, but close to everything. Very easy communication with owner, who was very responsive to our one complaint. Offered to send cleaning service over immediately, but we had already handled it.

A great stay

This was a wonderful property for a week long getaway with family. It’s clean, spacious, well decorated, updated, and located right by the bay. It’s easy to get into downtown Cape May and provides a way to retreat to the quieter area to enjoy a great dinner on the deck without all the surrounding activity. A great find!
