Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private four bedroom beachfront retreat features an open floor plan, modern kitchen, dining area, counter-height seating, designated workspace, and living room with Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a bathroom with entrance just outside the door, Smart TV, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and twin-sized rollaway cot for additional sleeping accommodations.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, Smart TV, laundry area, a sun room with dining furniture and bar top seating, outdoor patio with dining and lounge furniture, outdoor shower, beach essentials, free high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

Homeowner has provided board games, puzzles, and library books for all guests to enjoy!

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

Good location

House is in a great location. Short path down to the beach just 2 houses up. Beach there was fine for swimming in July but tons of jelly fish and horse shoe crabs. House is in a nice, private neighborhood that is not too crowded, plenty of parking. The backyard with deck and small beach is wonderful. House is as advertised.

Great house for girls getaway!

Recently enjoyed our stay on a girls weekend getaway. The property is beautiful and consistent with the pictures in the listing. Location is great, right on the beach of the bay. Plenty of seating inside and out to relax. Toiletries were even provided in the bathrooms! We would absolutely stay again!

Relaxing retreat

We enjoyed the spacious and comfortable space inside, including the living/dining room and sunroom. Plenty of space to play games and work on a puzzle. Outside, we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and played corn hole in the yard. Location worked great for us—close to restaurants and a short drive to Cape May.

Girls Get Away

Perfect place to relax and have fun with friends or family. Very open, airy spaces to gather & have meals. Fantastic views & a lovely sun room to enjoy! Host was terrific w communication & always quick to reply to questions. We’d definitely stay there again!

Great Property

This is the second year we have stayed at this property. the 4 bedrooms work out great. The view is beautiful of the Delaware bay and the sand outside the house is perfect for my granddaughters who are 3, 5 to play in all day. Only detractor is the one bathroom that is extremely small, and the grout is stained and dirty looking. Otherwise we would still stay in this property again next year.

Best trip ever!

I went with a group of 7 friends. The place was the perfect size with a beautiful view! It was even bigger than the pictures looked. Beds were comfortable, even the sofa-bed. The one critique would be we only had 3 kitchen trash bags for the 4 days we were there and no dishwasher pods. So may be wise to bring some for the trip. Everything else was perfect! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect house

The house was as advertised, but has 4 bedrooms. The back yard was all sand, so the small children were constantly busy in the sand building sand castles. The bay was a short walk below the house, and was very private. The water was a little calmer on the bay for the children and they loved it. Wanto to book this property again for next year. We were never bored and could have stated at the house, for our entertainment. Worth every penny! Can the owner let us know when she reposts the property for next year.

Spacious, amazing view, plenty of sleeping accommodations

This house was everything I could have hoped for! 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen and 2 with king, pull out sofas and rollaway cot. Beds are complete with linens! Towels and beach towels! Laundry room outside shower, My family (brothers nieces& mom) is super picky unfortunately but this house nailed it! Pictures are accurate close to the water, sunroom and deck as well as a huge living room for leisure time, full kitchen and fridge, super clean. Fantastic communication. (My son even forgot his blankie and they were able to get it from the housekeeper all I had to do was pay to ship)

Easter stay

This property has a beautiful view of Delaware bay and very easy access to beach. There is lots of room to spread out and the beds are very comfortable. This house is a mix of updated with nice furniture and paint and fixtures and old with both bathrooms needing to be renovated (too small shower in one and my husband is only 5’ 10”) and the kitchen cabinets needing to be replaced because the drawers are wobbly and either get stuck or almost fall out when you open them. Also tried to change my dates 2 months before arriving and even though my dates were open they weren’t willing to work with me. Again the view and location made up for a bit of the inflexibility.

Here at Plushy, we always make sure we tend to our guest's needs, Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the issues that you had with the kitchen cabinets. We will have this checked and looked into right away. As for your request in changing dates, as much as possible we try to be accommodating to our guest's requests but in your case, the dates have been blocked since January so that has put us in a tight spot wherein we will have a hard time securing a new booking. that is why we had to decline. Once again, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with feedback. and thank you again for staying.

Stayed for a few days

So we were looking for a place near a beach, and away from the crowds. In the summer, near impossible. But we found this place. The best part of this house is watching the sunset, and the ability to walk along the beach. My daughter is 10, and enjoyed just walking and trying to catch crabs. I would have liked to go fishing there, and there was fishing gear with the house but we didnt have enough time. The beach isnt ideal for swimming. Cape may where restaraunts and swimming beaches are is just 20 minutes away. As for the house, it wasnt in pristine condition. We had difficulty with the door, and the bathrooms were dated. House wasnt as clean as we would have liked. The location in relation to restaraunts isnt as good either. But the host was super communicative and aside from that, the house was workable. My only suggestion to host is get more comfy beds (but bed preference is subjective). Beds were super soft if you like that. If a friend asked for a suggestion, i would suggest this place, with disclosure. Reality is, the sunset made up for shortcomings.

Séjour très agréable

Bel emplacement sur la baie, tranquille et très bien équipé. Nous avons observé beaucoup d’oiseaux et limules, avec de superbes couchers de soleil. Idéal pour une très grande famille ou plusieurs couples.

Lovely beach front cottage

Charming, Spacious, clean , updated accommodations, good for families, loved the proximity to the beach. The only downside was no heating at this time of the year .
