Great House for the Price!

Close to the beach, everything you need in the kitchen for cooking at home, quiet neighborhood and amazing neighbors who go out of their way to give you local advice on fishing and activities.

Nice and close

Nice condo, conveniently close to the beach and pier. We enjoyed our stay there. As mentioned in the description, it's 3rd floor, so lots of steps. As well, there's not a lot of extra stuff with the condo, such as beach stuff and chairs (there's 2), and there's enough to get you started, but you'll need to bring or buy anything consumable (tp,salt, spices, coffee filters, etc).

Needs a deep cleaning and professional help

The cleaning service tried; however, this unit is believed to have mold. Thankfully this unit is at the beach so we really just slept here. Our vacation was shortened a couple of days as several members of our party had significant health deficits in response to this unit. We were not able to enjoy our vacation to the fullest unfortunately.

Sufficient

This condo was sufficient for a family with four teenagers. The full size stove, fridge, washer, and dryer were great but the microwave was a little small. We loved having two full bathrooms, two decks, and two beach chairs (in the master closet). There were plenty of linens and bath towels (no beach towels). My teens weren’t impressed with the television options (small with no Netflix, Roku, etc) but that left more time for board games (several provided) which was more memorable anyway. The teens were happy with the internet speed though. The beach access was good (short walk across the road for the gulf and right behind the condo for the sound) and having access to the outdoor shower was WONDERFUL!

Our New Favorite Place

This is a great place to stay. The room had everything we needed. Dishes, towels, blankets, cooking items and glassware. The view of the bay was so relaxing sitting out on the balcony. The walk to the beach was about 5-7 minutes. Was a quick, great walk. We will definitely be back as soon as we can. Awesome stay and Navarre Beach is beautiful!!
