Farmhouse by the Sea is located in a small, private, gated community and is not your ordinary beach house. It is absolutely the perfect, peaceful getaway for creating memories that will last a lifetime. This amazing 5 bedroom and 4 bath beach house has incredible views, a spacious floor plan that is thoughtfully laid out, sleeps up to 12 people very comfortably and accommodates covered parking for 4 vehicles.

Upstairs you will not be able to get enough of our 640 sq. foot massive composite deck equipped with 6 rocking chairs, 4 spectator chairs, 2 sun tan loungers, 10' farm table with benches and a comfy hammock. You can take in the sound of the waves while sipping on a morning cup of coffee as the sun peeks over the ocean horizon. Maybe sit back and enjoy a cold one in the afternoon as you relax in a rocking chair or catch some sun on the tanning loungers? How about an evening nap in the hammock? Whatever you chose, you can relax and you will not have to hear the busy beach noises. If you want "THE ZOO", this is NOT the house for you! Downstairs, we have a tall 4 seater table and additional seating for you to watch friends and family play games while you grill. You can shoot some baskets, toss a football or play a game of washers inside a secure fenced area for little ones (all provided).

The inside of this custom designed farmhouse is just as spectacular as the outside. The large spacious living area looks out towards the blue water and sandy beach in all directions and is perfect for lounging, watching some TV or playing board and card games (stored under the TV). The high end kitchen in unreal and is made for serving families. The huge island has seating for 10, 2 farm sinks, 2 dish washers, Wolf stove with griddle, double oven, full size stainless freezer and refrigerator, stand alone ice maker machine, Keurig coffee maker, traditional coffee pot and the cabinets and drawers are stocked with everything you will need to feel right at home. The extra-long farm table has seating for up to 14 for family style serving. There are two laundry rooms (one on each floor). Downstairs we have a primary bedroom with a magnificent bath and a second bedroom with a king size mattress. Upstairs there is another primary bedroom with a king size bed and bath, a second bedroom with a queen size mattress and one more room equipped with a set of full bunk beds.

This serene beach home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with lots of natural vegetation all around. The beach front is actually growing at this stretch of Crystal Beach! Come take a relaxing stroll down the quiet beach, search for sea shells and sharks teeth, make some sand castles or take a shot at landing a monster redfish in the surf. After soaking up all the beach has to offer there is an outdoor shower downstairs to rinse off before heading up.
