Memorial Day/Anniversary Trip

We were very pleased with this rental close to the beach for a last minute trip. It was extremely clean and well equipped for all of our needs. Communication with Cobb Real estate was on point and would recommend them to others. We will definitely be revisiting Polivar Beach again!

It is just far enough from all the traffic and heavy partying to be enjoyable yet if you like all that your still a short golf cart ride away to be "in the mix" .we very much enjoyed your stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin looks much nicer in person! Everything like new and very clean. Very close to beach. Has all the amenities you would want and some! My only complaint is that the queen bed was very firm and gave me back problems and little sleep. The second bed is full size and too small for a couple. If they changed out the bed I would return.

The Gift of the Beach

Our stay at the beach was a getaway chosen by our Grandson. He wanted to spend time with his Nana and Poppa as a Graduation from High School gift. It was perfect. The house was immaculate, the closeness to the beach, perfect. We definitely will come back.

Great weekend trip!

The property was perfect for a long weekend at the beach. We had everything we needed, the property was clean, check in was super easy and the beach was a short walk away. We would rent again!

Unbelievable View

Location was superb. Kitchen was well furnished. Furniture a little out dated but this is a beach house. No obstruction in views of the beach, 4 houses from beachfront, walkable. Overall very pleasant and quiet. We would definitely rent this again.

Comfortable home in good location

This is a well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. Good beach access and convenient for birders and bird photographers. We will likely book this home again in the future.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Weather turned off a little cooler than we'd like, but the house was the perfect size. Nice view from the porch. Right on the road to the beach; 3rd row. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in a lot of VRBO homes and this one was by far the most well-stocked home I have been in. It was spotlessly clean, and everything I needed was provided with one caveat: I didn’t read the fine print well and I didn’t realize I needed to provide my own linens (they provided for a fee). The house was updated and provided all appliances and amenities. We were also just steps from the beach, closer than I have ever stayed. We enjoyed wonderful restaurants and a trip to Galveston while there. I would definitely rent again!
