Paki Maui 302 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom oceanfront condo located on the third floor with wonderful unobstructed ocean views from your lanai. The condo does not have air conditioning, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, bringing natural light into the condo. Enjoy preparing meals at home with a fully equipped kitchen. Retreat to the bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed. The spacious bathroom features a tub/shower.

Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is in the neighborhood of Honokowai with shopping, restaurants, and beach rentals across the street. Within a short drive check out Whaler's Village Shopping Center where you can enjoy many dining options and entertainment. There are golf courses and putting greens available in Kaanapali and Kapalua.

The waves crashing was the best sound machine each night! Loved the amenities of beach towels, chairs, ice chest, etc. to make our stay convenient and easy!

Really enjoyed the place. The location was perfect, close to the touristy things but not in the middle of the crowd. It was clean with a lot of amenities. All in all a good experience

Great spot

We really enjoyed our stay here, there were at least 2 turtles who would visit the beach below the condo every day around lunchtime so it was lovely to watch them from the balcony ☺️ The sound of the waves crashing meant we slept really well and the condo was well equipped and very comfortable.

Great condo!

Perfect condo for me and my husbands honeymoon. Amazing view!! Just like the pictures. The amenities (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels) came in handy! Place was clean when we arrived. Would recommend and stay again!

Beautiful condo right on the Breakwall overlooking the ocean. We could see Wales from our lanai. The condo needs a few more amenities in the kitchen as far as utensil's pots and pans better than that it was clean and comfortable.

Perfect Get Away

This is a lovely property right on the beach! We had the sliding doors open all the time so we could sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean. The view and the sound is so relaxing and peaceful! We enjoyed seeing turtles swimming on the rocks. We enjoyed the warm swimming pool and hot tub. The bbqs were great and we enjoyed cooking on them often. The condo has tools for your use. We also found the basic spices inside the kitchen very nice! The condo has two large fans that keep it cool even though it is not air conditioned. We would have never used air conditioning because the sounds of the beach are just so nice and relaxing. I think anyone would enjoy this unit! I can’t think of a better place to stay and will look to stay here again when we return to Maui!

The view makes up for a lot

Incredible view/sunsets with surf that is thisclose! So loud it is a natural sound machine. Without the stellar lanai I’m afraid this unit is just passable. Agree with much from the reviewer on 12/07/22. Bathroom and most of unit in dire need of paint and upkeep. It’s like they are coasting on updates done 15-20 years ago. Hair dryer only worked if you pressed the red circuit button. Ice cube trays cracked in your hands, likely purchased from dollar store. Kitchen was poorly stocked…luckily we didn’t plan on cooking while there. Looked under bed as we exited and saw panes of glass just sitting there. For the price this is not up to par. I’ll end on a positive: they have provided Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a small umbrella and a cooler which is helpful. On the first day one of the beach chairs was flat broken. We alerted them and they brought a brand new one to the unit. Location is good. Pool is small and shaded. During low tide/calm surf the beachfront is good for swimming/snorkeling.

View off lanai was the best part

I’d like to post a positive reviews, but sadly I can’t. I want to state first of all. We are VRBO owners. As an owner I want feedback from our guests…. So that said, here I go: At check in, they held us to a 4 pm check on, even though we arrived on Maui at 1 pm. It was very obvious the unit was ready at 3 pm when we arrived, but they made us wait. On a positive note. The view and lanai were outstanding. Best part of the rental. Upon arriving … the unit was greatly outdated. Popcorn ceilings (scary). Electrical was sketchy. Bathroom was absolutely gross. Jerry rigged walls, bathtub, grouting. Gross and I have photos. Mold. Painted over patches on bathtub. . Hair dryer worked but switch on dryer didn’t work and only only hot. Kitchen: also outdated. Pans for stovetop cooking okay. No mixing or serving bowls. Appliances very outdated and rough time opening dishwasher as it scraped oven. Only one oven sheet pan. Cheap, burnt and flimsy. Dusty refrigerator too, under couch and TV. Property was promised to be smoke free even though resident in 201 chain smoked. Management team did address and took care of it. Laundry room on floor 3 was closed for 5 days of our 11 day stay. We will not return here.

Beautiful view and beach

We did a 3 island hopper trip, Maui being our last stop. What a wonderful place, the ocean/beach view from the balcony was spectacular with awesome sunsets. Kitchen had anything you would need, we only used the fridge. The bed was comfortable The inner garden view was very green and lush as well Small pool (4ft all around) and Jacuzzi, my wife loved it as well, hit the jacuzzi every night, too hot for my taste though. Wanted to fire up the grill, but wife preferred dining out, or just snacking on the balcony Larry the front desk guy gave us some good tips, and was a great guy (wish I had his job) We had booked this place the night before, check in was a breeze, and we came in past 10pm, was doing the road to Hana after landing, a beautiful road, with cool waterfalls along the way. Have to stay very alert on that road. No A/C, but not an issue (even with day weather near 90s), left the big windows open at night to listen to the waves, and seemed there was always a cool breeze and the ceiling fans surely helped. We didn't actually stay in the room much during the day, too busy exploring other areas, or just hanging at our sandy/grassy beach area (some rocks are shown in pictures, but there is a nice sandy entrance, and all sand in the water) We liked this beach better than any others we checked out on this side of island (wife isn't a fan of waves/rough surf, but I got those activities done on previous islands) nice grassy area with beach chairs was great, never had an issue grabbing a couple. Bad Ass coffee shop right across the street, a place to rent snorkel, paddle board, boogie boards, and a couple restaurants, we opted for the food trucks down the street for dinner and shaved ice 1 night, was tasty. Perfect location to enjoy other areas as well, near Napili Beach, Lahaina, Kannapali, beautiful beaches to the north. Black Rock cliff jump was fun, a bit more difficult to get up there than Waimea Bay on Oahu. My wife's suggestion for the room was to upgrade the tub/shower and kitchen area, (she's a bit spoiled) but no way I could downgrade from 5 stars for this place for that. It served it's purpose. And the view and location alone is 5 star all the way, we'll definitely be back to PakiMaui and/or use MyPerfectStays again. Sorry we had to leave and back to reality Mahalo

Awesome location

Ocean front unit 302 is awesome!! Sound of waves hitting the shore lulls you to sleep and enjoy real vacation!! Very responsive and respectful owners Roger and Brigitte. But for couples wanting even better unit, I suggest unit 302A also same owner. Fabulous bedroom right off Lanai!! Management is very courteous and responsive. We can’t say enough how great our stay was!! Bob and Benita

Great vacation condo overall!

The arrangements of the reservation were very orderly and professional. The entire reservation and stay was very efficient! The condo has an incredible balcony and view - which is the reason we chose this property. It definitely made the stay worth it. The condo is pretty dated with a very small kitchen, which wasn’t an issue for us but may be if you’re planning on cooking a lot during your stay. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the beach towels to use during our stay! The pull out couch, though, was not very comfortable for a week of sleeping. Overall it was a great condo and we would definitely rent again!

Great view, mediocre unit

Let’s start with the view. It is spectacular. And to fall asleep to the sound of the crashing waves every night is unparalleled. So if that is all that matters, this unit is two steps above beach camping. We had cockroaches and other bugs every single day while we stayed at the unit. I give credit to the property managers as they sent out someone to spray for bugs twice during our four days day. They were very responsive. But nothing prepares you for waking up in the morning and lifting the toilet seat to find a cockroach staring back up at you. They were especially prevalent in the kitchen. The pull out bed was broken at the bottom and you would fall through if you sat on the edge of the bed. It was barely usable for my two children. The master bed was fine, except for there is no air-conditioning in the unit. So that front bedroom can get very hot as it is the furthest away from the sliding door. The bathtub is old and worn, and they were cobwebs on the popcorn ceilings. Had we not been as close to the ocean as we were, this would be rated as a 1 1/2 star accommodation. We withstood it because of the spectacular location and view. It is worth $1 million. But we absolutely would not stay here again. Nobody likes to worry about bugs crawling on them when they are sleeping, especially if you are not beach camping.
