Located on Plum Island in one of the most desirable sections of the island, this impressive oceanfront home offers direct walk-out beach access. It is stylishly appointed with a light and airy feel to the decorum, and has a wall of glass sliding doors overlooking the water. The panoramic view of Maine to Gloucester is nothing less than awesome....and the sunrises are magic. Wake up to waves crashing and seagulls flying overhead. This 4,000 square foot fully airconditioned home offers an open concept design, gourmet kitchen, gym room, full bar, four ocean facing decks, and outdoor shower. Master king size suite has a private bath and soaking tub, steam shower, private deck and coffee station. Four additional queen size bedrooms and three full baths for family and friends. Walk the beach, sunbath, swim, paddleboard, or just relax. Enjoy the local beach bars with live music or ride to to beautiful downtown Newburyport for a day of shopping and dining located just 10 minutes away.

Beautiful home in a great location!

We had a wonderful week on Plum Island. The home is beautiful and lives up to all of the photos. The location is also great -- Plum Island and Newburyport are very charming locations with lots to see and do.

Gorgeous Beach Home

This home is very well appointed with a chef's kitchen and comfortable open living area with a large deck with panoramic ocean views. It is perfect for a getaway for extended family with five bedrooms, most with an ocean facing balcony and lots of space for socializing.

Great house on Plum Island!

House was fantastic. Location is excellent. Had everything we needed. Large shower in main bathroom was a very nice surprise! Outdoor concert next to the house on Thursday night was really cool. Overall a great property for a beach vacation.

Best Vacation Rental Ever

Part of me hesitated to write a great review because I really don't want others to find out about this hidden gem so that it is available when we want to rent it out again... Everything about this home was amazing. The home itself and all that was provided was second to none. And the views we enjoyed all day long were just beautiful. We hope to return again next summer!

Perfect in every way!

We had a wonderful stay here on Plum Island. Lisa was really wonderful to work with and the house, location and view did not disappoint. The kitchen was perfectly appointed and the dining room accommodated a family dinner with my siblings who live locally. Everyone was in love with the location and we couldn’t have asked for more from the house - clean, comfortable, spacious and the owners thought of every detail. Thanks so much for your hospitality and for sharing your home with us!

Magnificent in every way!

This property was pristine in every way. It was the perfect venue for our family as we celebrated our son’s graduation from Governor’s Academy. The location was purely magical and the thoughtfulness of the owners with the little things was beyond appreciated. Walking distance to some local restaurants with a short drive to downtown Newburyport was perfect. There are certainly not enough words to describe how awesome our weekend was in this gorgeous home and how it provided something for everyone. Waking up to the ocean everyday was a dream The only negative we’d give is we had to leave! 😂. Thank you again Lisa! You are an amazing host and your home and the warmth of it made this milestone for our son perfect in every way! We hope to be back again!

Celebrating the Rhodes Family Reunion

This was a perfect reunion. With 4 adult children and 2 significant others, we were in the home with 6 millennial aged 24-30! Perfect for the quietness and quaintness of Plum Island. We will definitely return. Owners were very responsive with questions.

Exceptional Home

We had the most wonderful time in Plum Island and this house was a big part of that. Luxury accommodations. Perfect size for a large family and perfect location. Beautifully decorated and impeccably taken care of. Pictures don’t do it justice. The hosts have instructions for everything and go beyond to make sure you feel at home. Hoping to return next summer.
