Kick back and relax in this calm & quiet beachfront condo, located directly on beautiful North Clearwater Beach! Unit is located on the 3rd floor with gorgeous views of the Gulf! 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a private balcony overlooking the beach. Sleeps 6 with the queen pullout sofa bed. WiFi included, Smart TV's, beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. Just bring yourselves and you are ready to go! Fully equipped full-sized kitchen with enough supplies to get you started!

This is a partially upgraded 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that is as close to the beach as you can possibly get. 2 brand new bathrooms; newly decorated. It just doesn't get better than this. It is located on the 3rd level (1st level is parking) and you must be able to climb stairs, as there is NO elevator on the property.

You have access to the entire condo unit other than one locked owner's closet.

Located on the north end of the World Famous Clearwater Beach. Close enough to the busier part of the beach if you want to visit the shops/bars/restaurants. But it's in the quieter more residential end of the beach.

There is a Washer & Dryer included in unit. Check-out is 10am. One Free parking spot included per unit. Additional Guest parking available upon request. There is a pack n' play & a highchair for little ones. Beach storage closet is downstairs under stairwell with lots of chairs, umbrellas & beach toys to use during your stay.

Contact-free check in/out. I will send you your own personalized code to enter unit. I am local and available if needed for any emergencies that may arise.

Golf Cart Rentals available, PSTA public bus & Jolly Trolley available for transportation close-by as well.

Please note, Florida has a lot of different types of possible annoyances (or features!) that are out of our control- Like excessive seaweed, red-tide, Lovebug season, mosquitoes, bugs, etc. Please have patience & understanding for any possible issues we have to work through. I will always do my best to make your trip the best it can be! If there is anything that I'm aware of before your stay, I will certainly let you know ahead of time.

Nice place. Good amount of space, and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic. Right on the beach, and away from the super busy areas, but still close enough to walk to some restaurants and shopping.

Perfect Beachfront Escape

This place was exaclty what we were looking for. Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Sunsets were amazing. The apartment was comfortable and well equiped. Would definitely return.

Great time in Clearwater

Stayed in Clearwater for a long weekend with my dad and brother and we had a wonderful time! Location can’t be beat- right on the beach , beautiful views of every sunset! A nice walk to town and restaurants . I’m 5 months pregnant and did the steps to the condo easily so wasn’t bad for me! Bonus was having all the beach stuff we needed!

Spring Break 2024

2024 was the 4th year in a row we have had spring break in florida. Kristen's condo and location top the list. The condo was beautiful and as described. The location was outstanding, close to all the action, but far enough to have some privacy. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Great location!

This condo is in a small complex of only six units which is exactly what we were looking for - beach access and no overcrowding like you can experience in the high rise condos. Views from the balcony were gorgeous. Great location, can walk to restaurants and shops. Condo is very clean and updated! Beds and sheets were comfortable and soft. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

The condo's location is amazing. Direct beach access and not crowded at all. Could use a few updates, the exterior and windows are very worn, and the furniture in the living room wasn't as pictured (difficult to get our full lounge on with 4 adults). Kristen was prompt and great with communication. Great North Beach location!

Clearwater Beachfront Condo

The condo was exactly as described in the listing. The pictures are accurate. The unit is located directly on the beach, complete ocean view from the master bedroom, living room and deck. The unit is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay, including access to beach chairs. The check-in process was easy, use of an electronic keypad to enter.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Kimberly Strecker especially responsive and helpful. The view and location are incredible and more than offset comments below which are intended to be constructive. Furniture in living room not very comfortables. Bathrooms and bedrooms wonderful; kitchen counter behind sink disrupted but everything h functional. Broken window in guest room. Door walls in master difficult to open.

Review of Unit # 5

The place was very clean inside. The location was really good, 2 min walk to the Beach. The Manager was very responsive and available to address any problems, promptly. Adding a Coat of Paint to the outside of the whole building would make the place more appealing. The Chairs on the Balcony of Unit 5, need to be replaced and the Balcony Floor repaired. Some of the Wood pieces are coming off. The Grill outside needs to be cleaned. I spent 1/2 hr. cleaning it before I could use it. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

Clearwater Beach wins number one beach in Florida a LOT, and once you visit, you totally understand why! The smoothest sand, the clearest water, and typically the best weather! We are located just a short walk north of the World Famous Pier 60. Close enough to enjoy all the bars, shopping & restaurants; but far enough away to enjoy a quiet, relaxing, family friendly stay.

This condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, in a smaller, private 6-unit condo building on the north end of Clearwater Beach. There is a storage area with lots of beach gear to use during your stay. There is unfortunately no elevator, so being able to climb stairs is necessary.
