Beautifully Renovated beachfront condo, located directly on beautiful North Clearwater Beach! Unit is located on the 2nd level with gorgeous views of the Gulf. 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a private balcony overlooking the beach. Sleeps 7 with the trundle & Pull-out couch. WiFi included, Smart TV's, beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. Just bring yourselves and you are ready to go! Fully equipped full-sized kitchen with enough supplies to get you started.

Washer & Dryer included in unit. Check-out is 10am. Front bedroom has 2 twin beds with 1 twin trundle bed. The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed. The couch has a Queen Size pull-out bed. One Free parking spot included per unit. Guest parking available upon request. There is a pack n' play & a highchair for little ones. Being able to climb stairs is a must. There is NO elevator there.

Full access to entire condo other than one locked supply closet.

Residential area on the North end of World Famous Clearwater Beach! Short walk to restaurants & bars but far enough away from the busy part of the beach to enjoy the peace & quiet!

Golf Cart Rentals available, Jolley Trolley, Uber, Lyft, Taxi, etc.

This condo is located on the Second level (2nd floor, because ground floor is parking) and being able to climb stairs is a must. There is no elevator. Please note, Florida has a lot of different types of possible annoyances (or features!) that are out of our control- Like excessive seaweed, red-tide, Lovebug season, mosquitoes, bugs, etc. Please have patience & understanding for any possible issues we have to work through. I will always do my best to make your trip the best it can be! If there is anything that I'm aware of before your stay, I will certainly let you know ahead of time.

Check-in was seamless and communication was great throughout. The location was perfect, just north of the hustle and bustle, but still walkable or a very quick drive when we wanted that. The condo was well appointed and very clean. Absolutely wonderful stay.

Clearwater Beach Paradise

This was the 2nd time we stayed in one of Kristen 's properties and it was fantastic. We would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect holiday on the beach

To make it short. We had a great stay in great apartment. Everything was like described. The property manager Kristen hold everything that was offered. The location and the equipment is great. Perfect for a dream vacation. And a big compliment for the remodeling. Nearly nothing to see after the hurricanes Helene and Milton in 2024 in Clearwater Beach. That's a place to come back. Our conclusion: we will!

Perfect Beach Stay

What a lovely stay at the perfect beach location! It was extremely clean, well stocked with beach chairs, toys, and accessories for the kids to use, and the proximity to the beach can’t be topped. We had a great time!

Property was quite lovely - right on the beach. Close proximity to several restaurants and downtown. Inside is very nice and well stocked with starter stuff.

The location was the best. Just walk out the door and you're on the beach. Close walking distance to many restuarants.

On the beach!

Location is awesome! Right on the beach with balcony overlooking the ocean. North part of the beach so it is less crowded than by the pier. Place was very nice and provided beach items. Host was prompt in answering any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay on Clearwater Beach

This property was amazing! Clean, comfy and close to everything. Walking only steps to the beach daily was great! We watched the sunset and waves from the 2nd floor deck. Plenty of space for our family of 5 to enjoy our vacation. Downstairs closet has lots of beach chairs etc. for all the guest to share. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

The condo was directly on the beach- great location to watch the beautiful sunsets. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. For non- beach days, lots to do within a short drive.

Beautiful view

Spectacular view from bedroom and livingroom. Inside was bright and beautiful. Everything was spotless and brand new. Crisp, fluffy white linens and plenty of them. Well stocked kitchen. Property is directly on the beach. I even fed the seagulls by hand while standing on the balcony. You will be well pleased with all aspects of this vacation location.

Great beach getaway

Great view of the ocean from the balcony! Downtown area just a short walk. Management very responsive. There was some construction going next door but was not a bother except being somewhat of an eyesore. The AC worked almost too good in the main bedroom. We woke up several time very cold until we found the right temperature setting. Overall great vacation and would recommend highly!

Peaceful Views

We were there for baseball games with extended family. Loved getting up in the morrning to walk the beach at sunrise and coming back at night to sit on the balconey to listen to the waves and gaze at the stars. Including seeing the full moon shinni g on the ocean. There is construction next door. They beeped their trucks around 8 am and ironically were quiet the rest of the time we were there. As mentioned earlier: perfectly clean, good sheets and towels, and mgt responded quickly to any questions. I reget not having more time to just sit.

Best Beach House!

We loved our time in Clearwater! The vrbo was very nice and right on the beach! It was perfect for a fun family beach house to stay in and it was perfect walking distance to all our favorite restraunts in the area. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the waves was a dream. We also loved using the beach equipment that was provided, it was very nice not to have to bring anything. We would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a nice beach trip.

Perfect Beach Location

Couldn't be more pleased with our stay. The condo is as advertised and the reviews are accurate. You cannot beat the location! It is just steps from the beach and a short walk to shopping and restaurants. The unit is well stocked and very clean. Loved watching sunsets from the patio and walking the beach in the morning. Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. We are already planning our next trip to Clearwater and will definitly stay here again.

Amazing family vacation!!

This property was phenomenal! The location was perfect for us, you’re a little down the main road to be away from the traffic but close enough to all the restaurants, shops and Pier 60. The condo was updated and very well maintained. As a family of 4 we all fit very comfortably. The beds were great and I loved the nice touch of a sound machine in each room, my daughters really appreciated that as they both have fans in their rooms at home. You are right on the beach and you see the sunset perfectly every night. We would absolutely rent this property again, it’s a 10/10 from us!!

Exactly What We Needed and Wanted

Communication was good. Got check in information the morning of arrival. Access was smooth and easy. It is obvious the interior of the property was recently renovated (exterior is process of being painted) is absolutely immaculate and has all that you need (cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies, beach gear) you really just need to pack sun screen, a bathing suit! My husband and I traveled with teens, 13 and 16, as well as my 80 year old mother. It was the perfect spot for us. The stairs to access the unit were not an issue for any of us. We utilized primary bedroom, two twins in other room and sleeper sofa. There is an additional twin in a trundle, it’s a little tight for all three in one room but trundle can be moved. The beds were all comfortable. We loved having the doors open to the beach. THE BEACH! It is truly beach front, and located on the end of public beach closer to North Clearwater. We LOVED this location. This is the quieter end of the beach. We did not see all of the crowds and cabanas at this end. Every morning and evening we walked the beach watching dolphins, and spying an endless supply of sand dollars and other shells on this quiet stretch of beach. The first night we ate at Palm Pavillion and returned two other times just a short walk down to beach, the other nights we cooked. My daughters loved being able to take a short walk together down to Starbucks, Dunkin and shops. We also took a trip into Tampa for Spring Training! We will be back to this condo!

Beautiful stay right on the beach

Amazing location on Clearwater Beach just far enough away from the bustling portion of Clearwater, but close enough to walk or quickly drive to the restaurants and bars. The beach is beautiful..amazing sunsets. Very nicely decorated, clean condo, just as described! Kristen responded to any needs very quickly. Highly recommend!

Clearwater Beach wins number one beach in Florida a LOT, and once you visit, you totally understand why! The smoothest sand, the clearest water, and typically the best weather! We are located just a short walk north of the World Famous Pier 60. Close enough to enjoy all the bars, shopping & restaurants; but far enough away to enjoy a quiet, relaxing, family friendly stay.

This condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, in a smaller, private 6-unit condo building on the north end of Clearwater Beach. There is a storage area with lots of beach gear to use during your stay. There is unfortunately no elevator, so being able to climb stairs is necessary.
