The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this spacious, secure and completely renovated apartment! Perfectly located, it is ideal for accommodating up to four travelers.



The apartment includes:

• A bright and welcoming living room: the lounge area has a convertible sofa for two people, storage space, a Smart TV and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi connection.

• A sleeping area: the bedroom has a Queen size double bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and comfortable bedding, storage space and a ceiling fan.

• A bathroom: the bathroom includes a shower, toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A fully equipped kitchen: hob, microwave, kettle, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.

The apartment also includes a drying rack, iron and ironing board.

You will stay in an authentic and lively neighborhood in the 13th arrondissement, close to the dynamic Place d'Italie and the Butte-aux-Cailles district, perfect for discovering Paris on foot between local life and emblematic places. A few minutes' walk away, you'll find cafes and gourmet spots like L'oisive Thé for a cozy brunch or coffee break, Ti Amo for a friendly Italian trattoria and Auberge de la Butte for traditional French cuisine, which are very popular with visitors. For your daily shopping, shops like Carrefour Express, Carrefour City and neighborhood grocery stores are all within walking distance for bread, fruit, wine and local products. Arriving by Plane?

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Take the RER B train towards Robinson/St-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and stop at Denfert-Rochereau. From there, it's a short metro ride away.

From Orly Airport (ORY): Opt for the Orlyval light train to Antony, then hop onto the RER B towards Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye, stopping at Denfert-Rochereau.



Public Transportation at Your Doorstep:

Metro: The nearest metro station is Place d'Italie, serving Lines 5, 6, and 7, offering quick access to numerous Parisian landmarks.

Buses: A vast network of buses connects the area, with prominent lines including Bus 27, 47, and 83 ensuring you're always a ride away from your desired destination.

We want you to have the best stay possible, so we kindly ask that you review and respect the following rules to ensure a seamless experience for both guests and hosts.



Included Services:

Bed linen and towels are provided, offering you the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay.

Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family-Friendly Services:

If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.

Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-in & Check-out Times:

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

Early Check-ins: Wishing to arrive before 3pm? We'll confirm only 24 hours prior, and it may cost 50% of a night's rate.

Late Check-outs: If you wish to stay a little longer past the official time, we'll confirm 24 hours prior, and you might be charged 50% of a night's rate.



Deposit Requirement:

A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines:

Do not leave keys on the door or inside.

Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions. Please note that there are ongoing building renovations in progress within the vicinity of this apartment, which may result in occasional noise during daytime hours.



Internet Etiquette:

Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.



Professional Usage & Photography:

No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses are allowed without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.



We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
