You would be renting the 1st floor of this lakefront home with beautiful views of Lake Winnisquam. This property includes a sandy beach, firepit, grills as well as boat docks (available upon request).

If interested in a boat dock, please provide the size of your boat as well as your phone number so we may contact you.

The 2nd floor of this home is also available for rent (look under Property Id 2331791).

Large front patio with barbeque for grilling.

Conveniently located near the Lobster Connection seafood restaurant and the Winnisquam Country Store & Deli, both excellent places to eat.

Amazing stay

Wonderful stay in tne lower apartment. We made friends with tne family staying upstairs, saw the most amazing sunrise and had a fun family getaway. The property is perfect

Great place!

Wonderful place on the lake! Quaint and scenic, plenty of room to relax, cook, sleep, etc. Exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen and overall very comfortable! It was a pleasure to stay there.

Great space

It was just my husband and I visiting, but this is a great place for a family to stay. Plenty of space and having an onsite washer and dryer was perfect. Home has nice water views and in a great location for getting easily to restaurants, etc.

Great place

The house was perfect for our week. Craig was great in getting us set up and boat docked for the week. It’s clean and even with a full house we never felt cramped. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Great location

The house is in a beautiful and convenient location on the lake. My kids had a great time kayaking and boating. The house was perfect for a weekend stay. And the egg sandwiches next door at the Winnisquam Country Store- yum!

Beautiful Stay

We had a beautiful stay at Lake Winnisquam. The cabin was just as advertised. I got a kick out of the fact that the lobster shack was right in back of us and we could just stroll over for our evening dinner. The lake was clear and beautiful. Didn’t have time to take a swim, but next time I’ll stay a little longer.

Girls Weekend

This property is just as advertised. It was a perfect location and has the most amazing views of the lake. We went in October, but spending time in the summer would be ideal for this spot. The owners are very responsive should anything come up. Highly recommend!

location, location no better spot. Already planning next years trip. Between friends and family we booked both the upstairs and down. Plenty of room for everyone. Craig is quick to respond to any questions.

Cottage by the lake

Had a fantastic girls weekend. The owner was quick to respond and friendly. Directions were clear and concise which made staying there easy. And the extra blankets were a nice touch and needed as it was chilly. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Lakeside Retreat

It's the perfect spot to watch the boats etc. A no wake zone. The outside table and chairs on the beach were plentiful for our guests. It was great place for family to come for the day , especially having our own boat slip.

Great place to stay, and a lovely location on the lake

We loved our stay at this house on Lake Winnesquam! We had 4-5 adults each night - we were in town for a family reunion. The house was clean and spacious and there were lots of places to sit outside and enjoy the view. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the country store - and to the Lobster Connection! Craig was really helpful and so easy to get in touch with for the few questions I had. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Lake Vacation

Had a fabulous time at this lake house. Plenty of room, beach excellent for all ages swimming. grandchildren loved it. fishing from dock, swimming and scuba from the beach. Weather cooperated. Fires at night. Great Memories made.

Great place for winter trip !

Not our first time to the lakes region for a winter fix, but first time at Winnisquam. The location is so convenient to everything and the view right outside the door was amazing. The house is very comfortable and as clean as the pictures show. We actually got to meet one of the owners and the housekeeper and they were very welcoming and friendly. We had breakfast( twice actually) from the Country Store and it was delicious!! Definitely recommend this spot and would stay again if we go back to that area. Thank you so much !!!!

Great place

Had a great time on a golf weekend. Great house. Craig was very responsive. Apparently the guy from Lobster Connection restaurant (at the start of the driveway) yells at all the cars that drive in to slow down. Doesn’t matter how slow you go. It was entertaining after a while! We will definitely be back!
